The Scandoval court saga continues with Tom Sandoval now suing his ex-longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix for invading his privacy and allegedly accessing and distributing intimate footage of him and Rachel Leviss without his "permission."

In a new lawsuit that the Vanderpump Rules star filed in LA Superior Court on Tuesday, July 16, he claimed that the Love Island USA host made copies and distributed data to third parties after going through his phone "on or about March 1, 2023" without his authorization. The filing detailed the "data" to include images and Facetime videos between Sandoval and Leviss, whom he was having an affair with.

Besides invasion of privacy, Tom Sandoval also alleged that Madix is "guilty of oppression, fraud, or malice" because of what she did, stating that she "acted with intent to vex, injure, or annoy [Sandoval] and/or with a willful and conscious disregard of [his] rights."

The footage drama, which was featured in Vanderpump Rules season 10 finale last year, captured the aftermath when Madix discovered the said explicit videos on her longtime then-boyfriend's phone. They had been dating for nearly a decade and were a staple in the hit Bravo reality TV show, but decided to split shortly two days after she discovered his affair.

In the latest court filing, Sandoval is seeking "punitive damages" against his ex-girlfriend.

Tom Sandoval's cheating drama continues as Vanderpump Rules stars react to his latest lawsuit

While Ariana Madix is yet to comment on Tom Sandoval's allegations and lawsuit, her lawyer, Jordan Susman, shared a statement with US on Tuesday calling the Vanderpump Rules star's filing as "abhorrent."

He called out the reality TV star for continuing "to torment" Madix, from his affair that "shattered her home and stability" and now in his "attempt to further shrink personal responsibility" of the aftermath of his actions. The attorney's statement further slammed the Vanderpump Rules star for his claims about invasion of privacy, which reads:

"Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication device."

Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay, who previously supported Sandoval, commented on him suing Madix. She shared a selfie video via her Instagram Story to talk about the lawsuit. She directly said to her Vanderpump Rules costar:

"Tom Sandoval, sh*t thing to do after a sh*tty thing you already did. Like, what are you thinking?"

Shay went on to share with Vanderpump Rules fans that she will be cutting off Sandoval from her friendship circle, saying that he isn't someone who aligns with her values. She also recalled what she told Sandoval during the season finale, where she said, "Don't make me look like an idiot." But with the lawsuit he's filed, Shay thinks that Sandoval has played her.

Tom Sandoval's lawsuit against Ariana Madix comes after Rachel Leviss sued the two in February, accusing them of invasion of privacy and making her an unwilling participant in a revenge p*rn.
