"Useless" — Love is Blind fans criticize Nick and Vanessa Lachey for not grilling Hannah at the reunion  

Love is Blind wrapped up another season earlier this week. Season 7, which featured residents of and around Washington D.C. aired a reunion special on October 30, 2024, on Netflix and brought back most of the pod squad as they gave fans updates about their lives.

The segment was hosted by celebrity couple, Nick and Vanessa Lachey, who have been the hosts of the show since its inception in 2021. As hosts of the reunion special, the couple asked the cast questions about their relationships, personal lives, and more.

While the long-running hosts covered the relationships that were featured on the show, fans were unhappy with the lack of questioning about one particular cast member, Hannah Jiles. Hannah was engaged to Nick but broke up with him in Episode 11. One person wrote on X:

"Lost so much respect for Marissa. Her and Hannah the way they spoke to Nick. Hannah learned nothing. Nick and Vanessa are useless. The fact that Garett stuck up for nick should tell you something."

"reunion was a long winded hot mess. Nick & Vanessa basically sitting there doing nothing. Had to fast forward annoying bickering & updates on previous contestants. And Hannah literally getting away w/ bullying when men get attacked for way less," a fan commented.

"Nick and Vanessa need to start naming abuse what it happens. Hannah was not "direct". She was verbally abusive to Nick," a tweet read.

Fans of Love is Blind Season 7 felt the hosts needed to take hosting classes:

"Nick and Vanessa Lachey took hosting classes but the reunion was still trash Ashley lying for Tyler, Hannah not owning up to being a bxtch, Marissa turning up on Nick but not Ramses, Ramses trying to put Nick in the hot seat .. all that and we’re still team Nick," a person wrote.

"Nick and Vanessa Lachey allowed Hannah to take no responsibility for her behavior this season and she still managed to emasculate him at the reunion," a fan commented.

"Hannah shouldn’t have gotten away with how horrible and mean she was. She’s a mean person. Nick and Vanessa need to be replaced cause they’re not getting any better as hosts," a tweet read.

Fans of Love is Blind Season 7 further said:

"LOVE IS BLIND SEASON 7 REUNION It was A LOT OF LYING going on lmaoo We need new host . Vanessa & Nick don’t do enough for me!" a person wrote.

"Hannah clearly planned to come on the show to take Nick down. It's ridiculous that Nick & Vanessa aren't doing anything or saying anything!" a fan commented.

In Love is Blind Season 7 reunion, which aired on October 30, 2024, Nick Lachey asked Hannah Jiles if a part of her wished she had ridden the duck, referring to Hannah being upset with Nick's behavior at the honeymoon. Hannah said "No," followed by Vanessa Lachey questioning the female cast member's behavior towards Nick D.

"In hindsight, do you think, "I'm glad I did that"? Vanessa asked.

The Love is Blind Season 7 star said that although it was who she was, sometimes her delivery didn't come out how she thought it was coming out. She said she needed to be a little careful and she was aware of it.

Vanessa Lackey asked how the male Love is Blind star felt about Hannah's statement. Nick said he didn't expect anything else from her. He agreed, however, that her delivery could have been better and that he was confused by some of the things Hannah said.

Garrett chimed in on the situation and said that Nick demonstrated more patience than he would have and was impressed by the Love is Blind star. Vanessa asked Hannah how she felt about Nick saying it took a lot of patience to be in a relationship with her and to have to hear that constantly.

Vanessa further asked if Hannah had anything she wanted to say to Nick and the cast member stated she was "just direct."

Fans of the show were upset that the hosts didn't ask Hannah enough questions about her behavior towards Nick D.
