The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3, which is currently streaming on Netflix dropped three new episodes this week on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. One of the couples who appeared on the show, Nick and Sandy were coupled up with Vanessa and J.R. respectively. However, Vanessa left the reality show midway, leaving Nick to continue the show alone till the Changeover.

Nick was fixated on Sandy and J.R.'s relationship and upon finding out that J.R. had met his girlfriend's mother, had an emotional outburst. He called her consistently and even went to meet her in the middle of the night.

Sandy spoke to Elite Daily on December 11, 2024, about Nick's behavior in the first batch of episodes which were released on December 4, 2024, and revealed that the cast member was different than how he behaved while on the show. While chiming on him calling her numerous times, Sandy said:

"It just was very out of line and unhealthy."

"He never showed up for me"— The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Sandy talks about relationship with Nick before the show

The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 star Sandy recently spoke to Elite Daily about her and Nick's relationship and their experience on the show. The cast member told the publication that before they came on the show, their relationship was "quite literally" the opposite of what was seen on the phone.

The female participant stated that before the show, Nick was "very disconnected" from her. Sandy added that her friends were surprised to find out that Nick had issued the ultimatum because, before the show, she was the one always "crying for his attention." She added that she wanted "more from him" as a partner.

"He never showed up for me," Sandy added.

While chiming in on their experience on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3, Sandy said that Nick "instantly flipped" when the Netflix show began. She added that she thought it was "disingenuous at first" and she thought that it was an "act" for the cameras.

"Looking back now, I know it was genuine and he was really struggling," she said.

The cast member further said that Nick's behavior was a "drastic" shift and what she experienced on the show was the "extreme side of the neglect." She added that she saw another side of "extreme" while on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.

Sandy spoke of Vanessa's sudden exit from the show and Nick being left without a partner. She added that she considered leaving the show with Nick but didn't know if it would have been a mistake. However, she realized that if they also left, the reality show would be "pretty much done." She added that she "unselfishly" decided to stick it out but admitted not knowing what to do.

While on the show, Nick met up with Mariah several times since her trial partner, Micah had also left the show along with his original girlfriend, Vanessa. Mariah told Sandy about Nick's behavior and expressed concern about certain things which were not featured on the show. Sandy told Elite Daily that Mariah was trying to challenge him to work on certain things, giving him books and suggesting exercise but Nick didn't partake in anything.

The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 cast member stated Nick's behavior didn't surprise her as she had seen everything throughout their relationship. She said that the cast member used painting as an escape but also other things to escape.

For the unversed, Sandy and Nick got back together during The Changeover and rekindled their relationship. However, Sandy keeping the truth about her physical relationship with J.R. caused turbulence between the two.

Tune in on December 18, 2024, to see what happens next with the couple on The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 3 on Netflix.
