"This is disrespectful to the boat" — Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Captain Glenn criticizes the crew for their negligence
The morning after the crew's night off, Daisy called Captain Glenn to the saloon, asking for an upholstery cleaner. When he asked her why they needed one, Daisy directed him to the bloodstained sofa. Captain Glenn was shocked to see the spots and wondered why it was not cleaned immediately.
"This is disrespectful to the boat. It's disrespectful to the guests that are coming and it's disrespectful to me," he said.
The Below Deck Sailing Yacht star added that the crew's treatment of the boat was like a "slap in the face." He was disappointed to see that his teammates were misinterpreting his kindness for weakness. Captain Glenn called an emergency meeting to address the issue.
He confronted his crew for not thinking about their guests or the cost the boat would have to bear to get the sofa cleaned. The Below Deck Sailing Yacht captain was more disappointed by their decision to ignore the problem and go to bed.
Consequently, Captain Glenn canceled the crew's trip to the caves and ordered them to clean up the boat while he enjoyed his day out. However, he permitted them to visit the club only if they had time left after cleaning everything. Later, Gary apologized to his teammates for causing the mess and ignoring Danni when she notified him about the bloodstain the previous night.
