Big Brother season 26 has made it to episode 19, released on August 25. With that, the coveted CBS show reached week 6. T'kor won the Head of the Household this week and found herself in a tough position. As most of the remaining 10 contestants of the household were affiliated with her in one or the other way.
Kimo and Rubina, T'kor's two besties knew they were going to be safe this week and strategized with T'kor on who to nominate. T'kor said she was feeling nervous about her position so she even attempted to make an alliance that would decide on the nominees unanimously.
While she came up with Makensy, Cam, and Tucker as her three nominees, the threat of finding a replacement still loomed over. While Leah was T'kor, Rubina, and Kimo's first choice, they influenced T'kor to put up Angela instead.
They stayed up with Leah in the Big Brother HoH room so they could get T'kor to save her and put up Angela instead. T'kor left the room hoping it would drive Leah away, but Rubina and Kimo kept entertaining her. Big Brother fans referred to this moment and took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their thoughts.
"Kimo and Rubina so bad. Why are yall entertaining her. She wanted yall to walk out too so Leah could leave too," one fan wrote.
"Kimo, Leah, and Rubina say they should leave the HOH room so T’Kor can sleep. That was almost ten minutes ago… They’re the guest that will never leave," another fan wrote.
"With friends like Kimo and Rubina who needs enemies?" another person wrote.
"If I were T'Kor, I would tell them I needed a break. Let me have some time alone. Rubina and kimo never give her a moment alone. Kimo even knows T'Kor loves her lone times, yet they never let her breath," one netizen commented.
Big Brother fans didn't like how they gave it their all to influence T'kor's decision. While some others thought what they were doing was apt and that T'kor indeed needed a helping hand to decide who to put up.
"Oh my god kimo let T’kor do what she wants on her hoh at least Rubina is agreeing with her before Kimo opens his mouth for what he wants," an X user wrote.
"Kimo & Rubina need to just stand behind T’kor & support her choice because the woman is clearly struggling with pulling the trigger on what she wants to do," another X user said.
"Multiple times today T’kor has made it clear that she wants to put Angela up, but Kimo and Rubina keep pushing back. Girl it’s YOUR HoH! Don’t let them control it," another person said.
"Yall wake up! Kimo Rubina and T’kor are talking about putting Angela up over Leah," another netizen said.
How did T'kor nominate Makensy, Cam, and Tucker on week 6 of Big Brother season 26?
T'kor knew she was in a tough position the moment she won the HoH because all the contestants somehow overlapped the alliances she was in and the affiliates she worked with. Out of the 10 Big Brother contestants she had to choose from, Rubina, Kimo, Chelsie, and Joseph were already safe because they worked closely with T'kor.
Out of the remaining 6 contestants, Tucker volunteered to be a pawn, which T'kor happily accepted because she always saw Tucker as a threat. Makensy was the only person who wasn't affiliated with her through any alliance, so she put her up.
Out of the remaining 4 - Angela, Cam, Quinn, and Leah, T'kor went with Cam despite him being her co-member in The Collective. This was because Quinn was her co-member in The Visionaries, and Leah was his affiliate. This is the reason why she is considering Angela and Leah for a replacement in the next episode.
The next episode of Big Brother season 26 will be released on August 28, 2024, on CBS.
