Love Island USA season 6's anticipated reunion special was released on Monday, August 19, 2024. During the segment, one of the most dramatic dumping ceremonies of the season was revisited, during which Andrea was sent home.

At the time, Rob threatened to leave the show and the male cast members aggressively questioned the female cast's decision to save Nicole and JaNa over Andrea. At the reunion special, the clip of the segment was aired, and whether Leah pushed to eliminate Andrea was discussed.

"I did not sway it": Leah chimes in on Andrea's elimination from Love Island USA season 6

Before playing the clips back, Ariana Madix called it "controversial" and asked the cast to watch the clip "in its entirety" so they could make their decision about what happened during the elimination ceremony.

The clip saw Liv, Serena, Jana, and Kaylor discuss the at-risk cast members' journeys on the show. They concluded they should send Andrea home since she was "closed off" to exploring other connections since she was paired up with Rob.

Watching the clip back, Leah, who was blamed for wanting to send Andrea home to couple up with Rob, chimed in on the situation. Leah said that while she didn't take a "backseat" during the conversation, she was upset that she was getting all the blame.
