"Wasn’t necessary"— Love Island USA season 6 fans react to Daniela's apology to Aaron and Kaylor

Love Island USA season 6 aired a brand new episode on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. During the segment, the cast was briefly joined by Maura Higgins, the host of the British version of the show, as she hosted the elimination ceremony.

Aaron and Kaylor, Rob and Daniela, and Harrison and Sierra were all at risk of going home. In episode 32, the safe islanders had to choose one couple to save, and they picked Aaron and Kaylor. The newcomer, Kassy Castilo, was then given the power to choose the person she wanted to save, and she chose Rob.

This eliminated Daniela, Harrison, and Sierra, but before leaving, Daniela had a few words. Addressing Kaylor and Aaron, she said:

"Aaron, I appreciate you. You were such a great guy, I feel so bad that you guys were even up here because of me."

Chiming in on the apology online, Love Island USA season 6 said the Casa Amor bombshell didn't need to apologize to the couple. One person wrote:

"Aw Daniela really turned out to be a sweetheart. Her apology wasn’t necessary #loveislandusa."

"Daniela having a more sincere and tearful apology to Kaylor than Aaron did is part of the reason they were in the bottom in the first place. #loveislandusa," a fan commented.

"Oh sweet Daniela!!! May you find love outside this villa! #loveislandusa That was very nice of her to apologize to Aaron and Kaylor (not that they deserve it)," a comment read.

Love Island USA season 6 fans claimed that Daniela had nothing to apologize for and blamed Aaron for him and Kaylor being at the bottom.

"Daniela you got nothing to apologize, Kaylor and Aaron are not in the bottom because of you, it’s because Aaron has been gaslighting Kaylor, and Kaylor crying over him. Toxic couple we are over it #LoveIslandUSA," a person wrote.

Chiming in on Daniela's elimination, Love Island USA season 6 fans said:

"Daniela crying and apologizing because she thinks Kaylor and Aaron were in the bottom because of her baby girl, they’re annoying as f—k, that’s why #loveislandusa," a person wrote.

"People been dragging daniela since she went into the villa smirking, been making fun of her for being all over rob when he did not want her, but now that she's out, she's adored lol, ok #loveislandusa," a fan commented.

Daniela gets eliminated from Love Island USA season 6 episode 32

In Love Island USA season 6, the latest elimination ceremony was showcased for two episodes, which aired on Monday, July 15, and Tuesday, July 16, 2024. In Monday's episode, Maura Higgins announced the safe couples. Jana and Kenny were safe, and the female islander yelled that she loved her country while expressing excitement over the result. The second couple who were saved by the audience were Kordell and Serana, followed by Miguel and Leah.

The safe contestants discussed within themselves and decided to save "the most compatible" couple, Aaron and Kaylor. Before revealing the decision, Love Island USA season 6 cast member Miguel said that the cast loved everyone deeply. He added that "friendship" was going to "last a lifetime."

"However, these two, I really do think, share the strongest bond. Through everything that's happened here, no matter how much they've cried together, no matter how much they argued, they still always came back to each other," Miguel added.

Since they saved Aaron, Rob, Daniela, Sierra, and Harrison were still at risk of being eliminated. Maura Higgins revealed there was a final lifeline, which was newcomer Kassy. The bombshell had to pick a person to pair up with, and she chose Rob and eliminated the other three in the process.

The three had 30 minutes to pack up their bags and leave Love Island USA season 6, during which Daniela spoke to Rob about her time on the peacock show. She told him she felt like she made a fool of herself, and her former partner assured her that she didn't.

"I think you were genuine and you were yourself and you went for what you wanted," Rob added.

After the episode aired, Love Island USA season 6 fans chimed in on Daniela apologizing to Aaron and Kaylor before leaving the show and deemed it unnecessary.
