"We're all cool"— The Circle star Heather aka Andy chimes in about her dynamics with Madelyn

The Circle season 7 aired episodes 5-8 on September 18, 2024. The episodes saw another contestant's journey come to an end in episode 7. Heather Richardson who appeared as her friend Andy Glass, was eliminated after one of her closest allies, Madelyn was amongst those who ranked the player last. This resulted in the contestant being "blocked".

Heather was upset by her rank and wondered where she went wrong. She wondered if Gianna played a part in her elimination from season 7. As per the show's format, the eliminated contestant could visit one of the other players before leaving the show. "Andy" chose her #CircleWife, Madelyn, who previously claimed she felt responsible for sending the contestant home.

Before leaving the show, Heather told Madelyn she was "rooting" for her, unaware that the cast member ranked her last. The latter broke down in tears because she felt she was "the reason" why Heather was leaving.

After her elimination was played out on screen, Heather spoke to Entertainment Weekly about where she stood with Madelyn after the show. In the September 20, 2024, conversation, she said:

"We're all cool with each other," Heather said.

The cast member stated that the cast has had a group chat since they wrapped up filming season 7. She added that they agreed a night before the show premiered that they were in it together, despite who came across as a villain.

She added that The Circle season 7 cast was "a family" and a "team" so she was going to stick with that.

"I just got outplayed": The Circle season 7 star Heather recalls finding out about Madelyn ranking her last

During the recent conversation with the publication, Heather Richardson, aka Andy Glass from The Circle season 7 chimed in on her elimination. She said that she had "some conflicting emotions" while rewatching the segment.

The Circle season 7 star said there were "different strategies" at play and she chose to "play as true" to herself as she could. She recalled Jadejha's comment about playing the game with one's "heart" and said she resonated with it. She further added:

"I have to remember that as cutthroat as our cast is, I just got outplayed," Heather added.

Chiming in on Madelyn's blindside, Heather said that it was her fault for "not keeping up." She revealed she and The Circle season 7 star Madelyn were "cool" and had "no hard feelings."

Heather revealed that she later messaged Madelyn and offered her support. She said that while she didn't "necessarily agree" with Madelyn's approach, they were different people who had different strategies. The Circle season 7 cast member added that they loved one another, which was more important to her.

The cast member revisited going to meet Madelyn before leaving the show. She said that although she felt "lied to" she understood it from the contestant's "game standpoint." Heather said it was to keep Madelyn safe from exposing her in Heather's video message.

She recalled telling Madelyn that she would have rated her "No. 1" and the camera zoomed into the cast member's face. She said she was shocked by the editing and termed it "TV gold." She added that the two contestants spoke for nearly 40 minutes and that it felt like a "genuine exchange." Heather said she was "excited" for Madelyn and thought she was playing the game well.

Heather became the second player to be eliminated from The Circle after Savannah Miller, who left the show in episode 4.
