"What a crybaby!"— Southern Charm fans react to Austen confronting Craig 

Southern Charm season 10 aired episode 4 on January 2, 2025. The two-hour special saw Miss Patricia celebrate her birthday, inviting most of the cast over to her house. However, she didn't invite Craig Conover.

The following day, Austen Kroll met with Craig, where the two discussed the party and also the latter's absence from the group. The two got into an argument about their friendship, and Austen said he missed his "buddy" and told Craig that he was never around.

Fans of the Bravo reality show commented on the conversation online and criticized Austen for being upset with Craig for focusing on his life.

"I'm sorry but Austen is a little b*tch. Upset that Craig chose to do work over going out to play? YOU ARE GROWN MEN, Austen! This is not junior high. OMG...what a crybaby!" one person wrote on X.

"Craig has grown up & Austen aint havin it. I outgrew my friends. It happens," a fan commented.

"Craig - “He (Austen) should be coming over to my house, but he’s usual too hungover to do it” Craig really has outgrown Austen and that Peter Pan Syndrome," a tweet read.

Some fans of Southern Charm season 10 defended Craig.

"Austen is usually too hungover to do podcast in person. Ahhh hello Craig why the HELL would you open restaurant with him. Grew the F up," a person wrote.

"I see Austen and Shep are about to be even more aggravating this season because Craig has a real relationship and doesn't want to be a F*ck boy with them," a fan commented.

Austen and Craig get into an argument over their friendship in Southern Charm season 10 episode 4

In Southern Charm season 10 episode 4, Austen and Craig met up the day after Miss. Patricia's birthday party to discuss the event. Austen told his friend that everyone wondered where he was because they didn't think he was in town.

The conversation shifted when Austen mentioned that the cast had discussed his absence. Craig said it was crazy that they discussed his absence at a birthday party that he wasn't invited to.

"If you want to see me more, you have to invite me to your birthday dinner," Craig said.

Austen explained that the Southern Charm season 10 cast discussed Craig's absence in general, including when he was in town. Austen further told Craig that he missed his "buddy," and that was why he was bringing it up with the cast member.

He said that while they talked, Craig was no longer on his phone call list for things such as going to lunch or getting a beer. He added that the Southern Charm star would usually say he had to garden whenever Austen reached out. Craig questioned his friend and asked when he asked him to grab lunch.

"That's a you thing. I'm not a f*cking mind reader," Craig said.

Craig added that he was unaware of Austen's feelings and that he believed the two were in a good place.

Fans of the Bravo reality show commented on the confrontation online and criticized Austen for his behavior towards Craig.
