While all six couples left the show together, in the reunion, it was revealed that two couples, Lynn and Kuda, and Muneka and Gontse had broken up. Amongst those who stayed together after their experience on the Netflix show were Nancy and Bohlale.

The host of Love Never Lies: South Africa asked Nancy about the aftermath of her discovering that Bohlale had cheated on her with Mia during the reunion special.

"It was very difficult. Very difficult," Nancy said.

The Love Never Lies: South Africa cast member said that it wasn't nice and tough to deal with. She said seeing her partner make love to another person was "traumatic." She added that she was "disconnected" from her "gift" and couldn't contact her ancestors because she was "emotionally distraught."

She said that she wondered how her prayers would be answered and decided to focus on herself and her gift, which worked for her. The Love Never Lies: South Africa host asked Bohlale how seeing Nancy being affected felt. The male cast member said he slowly saw her gift be "unattended" and could see that the spirit was not there.

"I'm trying to hold it down for the both of us with prayer," he said.

Minnie recalled Bohlale's "strong emotional and spiritual" connection with Mia and asked what drew him to her. He said there was a "sense of familiarity" and it felt almost like a "mirror-type" situation. He further said he felt like he had been there and that he knew Mia.

"This person is me. It was too familiar and I became too familiar with that situation and I forgot that there were cams," Bohlale said.

Minnie invited Mia to join the cast on stage and when the cast member joined them, Minnie asked Nancy how seeing Mia felt. Nancy said she didn't know how to put it in words but said that she was "hot" but couldn't understand why her boyfriend and Mia would sleep together.

The host further asked Mia how it felt seeing Nancy for the first time and she said she felt the same way. She added that it was "perfect timing" and she wanted to talk about something important.

Mia apologized to Nancy and said she understood she hurt the Love Never Lies: South Africa cast member. She was sorry for the role she played and said certain things would get cleared which might hurt Nancy more.

"There might be some truths that you don't know," she added.

Mia narrated her experience on the show with Bohlale and said that the cast knew the main parts. However, she added that certain things weren't shown and certain things happened off cameras.

She added that before they had s*x, things didn't get s*xual just that once. She added that their relationship turned physical in the "early stages." She shared that he lied instead of owning up to what happened between her and Bohlale. Mia said there were "quite a few things" that happened between the two.

"It kind of started under the covers and that was just like, you know, touching skin here and there. And then it progressed to stuff like that. And that happened a few times. It didn't just happen once," she said.

The Love Never Lies: South Africa single further revealed other things that happened between them while they were in a car on their way to their date. While Bohlale denied the extent of the incidents that Mia was detailing, the host asked the cast member to let Mia complete her story.

"Another key incident was next to the bathroom, and this was — this was a bl*w j*b and that was also consensual. I don't know how it progressed to that point, but it got that point," Mia said.

Mia further chimed in on when she and Bohlale slept together and said that the latter had lied the most about the incident. She recalled him saying that he stopped because he felt like he was doing something wrong. She added that he was lying about the duration. The Love Never Lies: South Africa participant said she was "angry" afterward because she mentioned that she wanted to get a contraceptive and Bohlale asked her not to.

Mia said that he did so because Bohlale wanted to "conceal" that things were done "naturally." She asked him if he thought about what would have happened if she had come to the reunion carrying a "little" Bohlale. Mia said she didn't want to be in the "same place" as the Love Never Lies: South Africa participant and he kept asking her why she would move away from him.
