90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 16 saw Brian and Ingrid have a final conversation before they parted ways. Brian met up with Ingrid as they recalled their argument, during which Brian questioned her intentions with him.

Brian said their argument had ended on an intense note, and Ingrid recalled whatever Brian had said to her and said she didn't "deserve" any of it. Brian said that they tried to make it work but it didn't work, which was unexpected for Ingrid.

Fans of the reality show commented on the conversation online and were glad the couple broke up.

"Brian’s routine is to show his true ugly colors, then regret that he acted like an S.O.B. and try to do damage control. But instead of apologizing, he tells Ingrid he doesn’t hate her! What a jerk!" one person wrote on X.
"Omg Brian is such a jerk. I didn't get that impression from Ingrid at all. Idk wtf he's even talking about. She's been having to put up with his bullsh*t the entire time. His loss not hers. Ingrid needs to run now! Dodged a bullet," a fan commented.

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 called Brian "disgusting."

In 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode 16, Brian and Ingrid met up to revisit a previous argument, during which Brian accused Ingrid of using him to get herself and her children to America. The female cast member had her bags packed and was ready to leave when Brian told her that they gave it a shot but it didn't work out.

Ingrid told the cameras she was taken aback by Brian's words because she thought he was going to apologize. The male 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 cast member asked if she had already called a cab and accompanied her to it, since he didn't want her to leave the way she was leaving.

In a confessional, Brian chimed in on the breakup and said that he came to Brazil looking for the love of his life and was upset over Ingrid and him parting ways.

"I am completely heartbroken right now," he said.

He said it was "tough" to say goodbye and walked her to the cab. He asked her to give her a hug and broke down in tears and he said he didn't want it to be like it was. He told her he didn't hate her, which made Ingrid cry.

Fans of the TLC reality show commented on the breakup online and felt Ingrid "dodged a bullet."
