Big Brother season 26 has almost neared its end with the commencement of week 13 which would determine the final 2 contestants from the current final three, which consists of Chelsie, Makensy, and Cam. In the latest episode, Derrick Levasseur, winner of Big Brother season 16, appeared on a screen in the living room of the house.
He talked to the final 3 about overthrowing Ainsley, the AI bot that has been ruling the house since the beginning of the season. Fans, however, weren't too thrilled to see the former Big Brother winner. The fans of the show took to social media platform X to express their displeasure of the same following the latest episode.

"The more I think about Derr*ck making an appearance tonight, the more annoyed I get. He ruined the format of the show and this cast finally broke his mess. STAY AWAY FROM OUR PEOPLE," a third one added.

Some fans compared his appearance to Jag Bains, the winner of Big Brother season 25, who appeared in the previous episode and was criticized for his appearance.
"First Jag, now Derrick? Why are they doing this to us," an X user wrote.
"If we get a jag segment, derrick appearance, a chop of a roundtable host, and no jury segment… everyone join me to jump off a bridge," another X user said.
Some fans also pointed out that Chelsie was the only one to even know him.

Derrick's appearance was completely different than that of Jag Bains, who came to the show to be interviewed by Julie Chen Moonves, the host. Derrick, the proud winner of season 16 of Big Brother directly spoke to the final three contestants of the house.
It all started when Cam, Makensy, and Chelsie were sitting down at the dining table and they heard a TV disturbance in the living room. They rushed to the site and saw the TV glitching before Derrick appeared in front of them. Chelsie recognized him instantly and told the other two who he was.
In an acted-out message, Derrick said he didn't have much time to talk to them. The undercover cop continued that he had gone undercover again and that the government had recruited him to take down Ainsley, the AI bot responsible for major twists in this season of the show.
He continued, that the only way to take her down was from the inside, which meant it was up to the three finalists to bring her down. Diving into the details, Derrick said that she made a critical mistake by giving out her passcode during the final Veto competition.
The remaining houseguests had to get into her system using the passcode which would give them access to her and destroy her power source. Lastly, he wished them luck and said that the human race was counting on them.
