Although the ladies laughed at the idea of playing a children's game, they participated regardless and had a good time together. They were also impressed by Kathy's lavish arrangements on the beach for them. The cast's beach day activities began with a relay race. While the ladies enjoyed their beverages on the beach, Kathy's brand manager, Carol, handed them paddles with Kathy's picture printed on it. Carol then revealed they would be participating in a relay race. The ladies paired up and were ready to compete against one another.

"I'm not saying I'm competitive but I would cut a b**ch to win," Dorit said.

Although Dorit wanted to win, she fell face-first as soon as she started running. The other housewives laughed as they watched her fall. When the ladies teased Dorit by saying she was not a good runner, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained that she tripped only because her Chanel pants were too long.

After the relay race, Kathy gathered the ladies and announced that they would play duck duck goose. While speaking to the cameras, Jennifer revealed that she was a professional poker player and usually participated in games "more sophisticated."

Meanwhile, Kyle said that Kathy preferred being stuck in a nursery rhyme book.

"I would rather be trapped in a nursery rhyme book than in real life," Kathy replied.

At the same time, Garcelle and Sutton expressed their disbelief before the cameras. While Sutton wondered if they were in "Pre-K," Garcelle mentioned that no adult in their right mind would play a nursery game.

After the beach activities concluded, the ladies headed out to enjoy dinner together.
