The Traitors US premiered season 3 on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Three episodes were released, showcasing the players suspecting one another while hoping to make it through the night without getting "murdered." However, not everyone could avoid the traps of the Traitors. One such cast member was Dorinda Medley, who was "murdered" in the second episode.
The Traitors— Bob the Drag Queen, Danielle Reyes, and Carolyn Wiger— decided to "murder" The Real Housewives of New York City's former star Dorinda to break apart the huddle of Housewives on the show. However, Carolyn's initial target was Robyn since her elimination would help them use Dorinda as a cover shield.
The first episode showcased Dorinda locking horns with Lord Ivar Mountbatten regarding the results of the first challenge. Bob the Drag Queen told his co-conspirators that they could utilize their feud to frame Ivar for Dorinda's murder. It would not only send a Faithful home but also prevent others from suspecting them.

However, The Traitors US fans were unimpressed by the conspirators' decision to eliminate Dorinda. They took to X to vent their frustration about her "murder," claiming she deserved to stay in the game.
