Love is Blind Mexico dropped Episodes 9 and 10 this week on August 15, 2024. The episodes saw the participants' journeys come to an end as they spent their remaining days deciding whether they would say "I do" at the altar or not.
For one such couple, the last few days were more turbulent than the others as the bachelor and bachelorette parties proved to be a testing point. Willy and Francesca didn't spend time with one another at the party and got into an argument when they came back home.
Francesca asked Willy what was bothering him and the cast member told her he didn't think they were compatible. This angered the female cast member and she asked him why he thought so. Willy pointed out that they didn't spend time together at the party.
Willy didn't want to talk to her while he was yelling, but Francesca stated that she had "limits" and that her fiancé had said the same thing to her multiple times. She asked him to leave the house.
"You're full of shit. That's what you are. You have no b*lls. And you just want to control me," Francesca said.
"I don't have any remorse" - Francesca reflects upon her "hurtful words" to Willy in Love is Blind Mexico Episode 9
In Love is Blind Mexico Season 1 Episode 9, Francesca and Willy got into a big fight and the female cast member asked her fiancée to leave. Willy left the apartment for an hour and a half to give himself time and space to "process" what had happened between the couple.
He told the cameras he had a "complete breakdown" and knew he had to get his "sh*t" together. When the Love is Blind Mexico star returned home, he had "a lot more clarity" about the situation.
"My words were very hurtful, but that's what I felt in the moment, so I don't have any remorse. I'm making a real effort to maintain this relationship so we can complete this phase together," Francesca said.
Chiming in about his and Francesca's relationship, the Love is Blind Mexico male participant said that there were times when it felt they had known each other for "25 years." However, other times, it felt like they were strangers, and called it a "huge emotional roller coaster."
Despite the argument, Willy stated they were in good shape and he was certain they would "finish strong."
In the season finale, Willy took Francesca out on a date to an empty theatre since the female cast member had previously told him how passionate she was about theater. He asked her about it and she told him she was four years old and went to a private school in Italy when her love for theater started blossoming.
She was required to pick an art and Francesca chose theater. She said that from that point, it was just "theater, theater, theater" for her. The two had a good time together and got ready to meet each other at the altar.
On their wedding day, Francesca's aunt joined the Love is Blind Mexico cast member as she got ready. Chiming in on the cast member, her aunt said that Francesca was looking for "stability" and for someone who could accept her for who she was. Francesca told her aunt that Willy was "calm and simple" but he was also "scared and insecure."
As the two met at the altar, it was time to reveal whether they would get married or walk away forever. While addressing her fiancé, Francesca said she didn't know how to "thank" Willy enough. She added that the Love is Blind Mexico star taught her there was "more out there" than she imagined. Although she praised the cast member, she decided against marrying him.
