Love Island USA season 6 released its latest episode on Thursday, July 11. It featured the second part of Movie Night, which unveiled secrets and revealed the islanders' intimate moments.
Just as the islanders were internalizing the aftermath of Movie Night, host Ariana Madix announced a recoupling ceremony where the men would choose the women they wanted to pair with. By the end, three female islanders were 'dumped' from the villa.
Kenny coupled with JaNa, Rob with Daniela, Aaron with Kaylor, Miguel with Leah, Serena with Kordell, Kendall with Nicole, and Caine with Sierra. Daia, Catherine, and Liv were left unpaired, leading to their elimination.

While the cast members grieved Daia and Catherine's evictions, they were more upset about Liv's elimination since they shared a stronger bond with her. Love Island USA fans had been a part of Liv's journey since she arrived as the show's first 'bombshell.' They took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their sadness over Liv's exit from the villa.

Love Island USA 'bombshell' Liv gets eliminated in episode 27 of season 6
Olivia "Liv" Walker was evicted from the island alongside Daia and Catherine in episode 27. However, fans were more upset to see Liv go because she had been a part of the cast since day two of the show.
Liv arrived as a 'bombshell' with her eyes set on Rob, who was paired with Love Island USA co-star Leah. She coupled with him at the recoupling ceremony, rendering Leah single. However, when she discovered Rob was not attracted to her and met with Leah behind her back, she left him for Hakeem.
Hakeem and Liv's connection could not survive the test of time. Hakeem was 'dumped' as Liv recoupled with newcomer Miguel. Soon, Miguel's interest shifted to Love Island USA co-star Nicole. Liv paired up with Nigel and decided to let Miguel go. Nigel and Liv's relationship hit a rough patch when the former got the feeling that Liv did not have genuine feelings for him.
Nigel and Liv found themselves voted as one of the least compatible couples in episode 18. While the islanders saved Liv, Nigel was 'dumped' from the villa.
Although Liv entered Casa Amor week single, she ultimately hit it off with the new islander Caine, and the two decided to couple up. Their love story experienced turbulence as Caine felt attracted to another Love Island USA 'bombshell' Sierra.
At the recoupling ceremony in episode 27, Caine chose to pair with Sierra, leaving Liv single. None of the boys chose Liv as their partner, which resulted in her elimination. Before leaving the villa, she expressed her gratitude to her fellow cast members for making her feel welcome.
