With Big Brother season 26 only a stone's throw away from the finale, week 9 came up with some serious twists. The week had two vetos won by Angela and Leah, the Head of the Household. Angela used her power to save Kimo, which compelled Leah to renominate T'kor, alongside her initial nomination, Rubina.
Episode 30, which aired on September 19 saw T'kor bidding adieu to the season after four out of five contestants voted for her. Leah's motive to break the trio of Kimo, Rubina, and T'kor was doubly successful because she got out the bigger fish and the mastermind behind their bond.
Fans of Big Brother reacted to T'kor's eviction. They took to X to reminisce the evicted contestant's journey on the show. Some of them appreciated her exit and thought it couldn't have come at a better time, while others believed that taking her out was a mad move. One fan wrote:
"Unnominated for 8 weeks, Orchestrated 2 blindsides, Social game on TEN! T’Kor sister you will be missed & they can never make me hate you!!!"
"T’kor gave us blindsides, flips, prevented a pentagon steamroll & not to mention a very strong and threatening social game. Ran her trio like the navy & is responsible for all of them getting to jury. Put some respect on her," another person wrote.
"They had to jump my sista T’kor because she was too likable & would’ve swept! At least she went out like a queen," a third user chimed in.
"I think the move to evict T'Kor was a mistake for two houseguest in particular, and it's gonna come back to bite them sooner than later unless they Comp out," a commentator said.
Some Big Brother fans reminded others that she was the one to betray 'The Collective' alliance when she was the HoH and that it didn't benefit her game very much because she was still eliminated.
"Blew up the collective to not get 8th but look at you now T’kor 8th place," an X user wrote.
"Tkor may have frustrated me as a player but I genuinely think she is such a sweet and talented person. Rooting for her in life!!!" another user said.
"T’kor crying because she had such a wonderful experience making friends.. dying would hurt less," one comment read.
T'kor's eviction on week 9 of Big Brother season 26
With Leah as the Head of Household in Big Brother week 9, and the strongest trio on her eviction radar, eviction of one among Rubina, Kimo, and T'kor was imminent. However, there were slight chances of Chelsie being sent home after Leah tried using her Jankie's veto to save Rubina from the block and replace her with Chelsie.
In episode 30 of Big Brother season 26, Leah wanted it to be a competition between T'kor and Chelsie because both of them were the leaders of strong trios of the house, the lattermost being one with Cam and Makensy. However, HoH wasn't able to wield her veto because to use it, she had to win a Carnival comp which she didn't.
Angela saved Kimo from the block because she had nominated him twice before and wanted his good graces. With Kimo gone, Leah put up T'kor.
Most players in the house would've voted for Rubina at first but the votes slowly started to sway the other way. Cam and Makensy first discussed how T'kor was a bigger threat and had the ability to turn the game in her favor. They persuaded Angela to vote for T'kor as well and hoped everything to unfold as anticipated. It did because Chelsie, T'kor's other ally, also voted on her and she was sent home.
