“No second chance”: Bri ends things with Demari in Too Hot To Handle season 6 episode 5

Season 6 of the dating reality show Too Hot to Handle has been making waves on the internet since its first four episodes premiered on Friday, July 19, 2024. In the first episode, the primary contestants entered the villa, with several others joining in later. The next three episodes were released on Friday, July 26, 2024, and saw some more drama unfolding in the villa.

The cast members who joined later were sent on dates with the existing cast members, which, in many cases, was the reason for the cracks in relationships. One such couple was Demari and Bri, who had to go through a similar situation after Valentina joined the cast.

When Bri was sent to the Banishment Quarters in episode 4 of Too Hot to Handle, Valentina entered the show and was sent on a date with Demari. The otherwise seemingly strong relationship between Demari and Bri crumbled as the former kissed Valentina on their very first date.

Bri wasn't having it and decided to call it quits on episode 5, released on July 26, stating that there was "no second chance for Demari."

"There is no second chance for Demari. He can kiss me goodbye. And not on the lips," the cast member added.

What did Bri say to Demari while calling it quits with him on Too Hot to Handle season 6 episode 5?

In episode five, titled Demari's Demise, Bri dumped her former partner for kissing Valentina. He also broke Lana's no-kissing rule on his very first date with someone who wasn't Bri.

At the beginning of Too Hot to Handle season 6 episode 5, Bri sat down with Demari when he told her about his kiss with Valentina.

"So, all I hear from you now is, you saw a fat *ss, spent money on a kiss, and you're trying to tell me what now?" Bri asked Demari.

She also told him that she didn't care if he wanted to move on with someone else, but Demari told her that Valentina's presence didn't change how he felt about Bri. In a confessional, Bri commented that she thought Demari was "acting like a p*ssy."

She told Demari that she hated men who lied to her face, before asking him to find another bed to sleep in. The Too Hot to Handle cast member told her former partner that she didn't want to take his "bullsh*t."

Demari looked disappointed, as he claimed to still have feelings for Bri, and said that it was hard for him to make a decision. After the episode 5 workshop, which brought the contestants closer to their own selves, Demari spoke about realizing his mistake. He also said that he wanted to rekindle things with Bri and went out to talk to her.

He apologized to her for kissing Valentina and for the way it made her feel. She responded, saying she felt sad about what happened. Demari told her that he liked how he had grown with Bri and didn't want to "throw it away."

"You don't feel like you just threw it away?" Bri responded.

She asked him why he didn't think of the time he spent with her when he decided to kiss Valentina. Demari was speechless before he went for the ultimate question, asking if she wanted to continue getting to know him. Bri responded by saying that she didn't "care to get to know" him more.

Demari teared up in a confessional on Too Hot to Handle, saying it hurt to know Bri didn't want anything to do with him.
