Love is Blind season 7 is set to air exclusively on Netflix on October 2, 2024. As per the show's format, the participants spend time apart in pods and develop an emotional connection with their potential love interest. During this time away from the outside world, each cast member focuses on finding love without the physical attraction aspect.
Contestants meet each other once they decide to get engaged and then navigate their relationship in their day-to-day lives. The wedding day decides whether the couple plans on staying together or part ways.
In an exclusive first look accessed by People magazine on September 30, 2024, a contestant named Stephen Richardson was seen having a conversation with Monica Davis. The two Love is Blind cast members were discussing relationship deal breakers and mistakes in the clip.

When 34-year-old Stephan admitted to cheating on his previous partner, Monica appeared to be understanding. She said that not everything was "black and white" despite being cheated on in her past relationships.
The sales executive added that she found a way to forgive that person even though it was difficult for her. Monica shared:
"We're all human. I'm 36 years old, like, it's not so black and white. The experiences that I've had to deal with from cheating are — they are really gross, and very, very bad. Even in those situations, I've always found a path to forgiveness."

In the Love is Blind clip, Stephan admitted that chatting in his previous relationship wasn't something he was proud of. He shared that he was cheated on as well. Narrating what went down with his ex-girlfriend, Stephan confessed to sliding in some other girl's DM's and flirting with her. Soon, he got caught and his relationship immediately ended. He said:
"Here's what I believe: you like someone for their qualities, but you love someone for their flaws. I will divulge something that I am not very proud of it all, but I wear this brand, and I think it's very important to be honest about it. So we're going to talk about cheating. I technically hold the title of being a cheater. I've been cheated on multiple times as well."
Stephan also mentioned that his actions were "disappointing." After he went to therapy, it was easier for him to talk things out and delve deep into what his issues were. The Love is Blind cast member realized he sabotaged his own relationship as he didn't think he deserved the girl he was dating at that time, which led to him being emotionally unfaithful.
Stephan further added:
"Everyone has a different concept of cheating. One person's could be, you know, looking at someone. Someone else's could be an actual physical act."
Monica was empathetic and appreciated Stephan for being honest with her. She reassured him that he could always share anything with her. Monica consoled him saying:
"I really appreciate you sharing with me and I want you to feel like you can tell me anything."
