Outlast season 2 is a hit Netflix survival reality TV show where players face harsh weather conditions in Alaska as they hunt for food, build a proper shelter, and struggle in an unfamiliar climate. Contestants have a choice to shoot a flare into the sky at any point if they feel that the task is beyond their physical or mental limit. By doing this, they will no longer be a part of the competition.
The ongoing season 2 features 16 cast members competing for a grand prize of a million dollars. During the first batch of episodes which were released on September 4, 2024, all players were divided into teams of four Alpha Camp, Bravo Camp, Charlie Camp, and Delta Camp.
Outlast episodes 7 and 8 will be released exclusively on Netflix on September 11, 2024, in which teams Delta and Bravo will figure out how to complete the assigned tasks.

Outlast season 2 episodes 7 to 8 will air exclusively on September 11, 2024
During the first six episodes of Outlast season 2, four contestants from the Alpha team, two from the Charlie team, and two from the Bravo team were eliminated. The eliminated players were Bayo, Julio, Meghan, Zach, Tonia, Tre, Emily, and Bri.
These players were sent home either because of a medical emergency or a tough situation that made them shoot a flare into the sky. For example, Bayo was forced to shoot a flare as he went behind his teammates' backs without discussing a strategy and attacking another team.
The remaining cast members who continued to compete on Outlast included Brendon, Drake, Drew, Eric, Joey, Joseph, Meghan, Sammy, and Tina.
The upcoming episodes 7 and 8 will highlight the issues Bravo camp and Delta camp will face. All contestants in these two teams will deal with problems linked to stamina, and speed.
Previously in episode 6, both teams were trying to build a raft and race to their destination. During this time, Joseph and Drew hunted for resources to survive as each day became more difficult for them and their teams. Joseph was able to make it on time but Drew was facing troubles, the episode ended on a cliffhanger.
Episode 6 synopsis mentioned Bravo and Delta finding a proper route and a method to get supplies and resources:
"One player's fixation with Bravo rubs his Delta teammates the wrong way; a resource drop offers multiple advantages, but reaching it won't be easy."
