Jordan then took viewers on a tour of a jaw-dropping property in Tribeca. After giving an extensive tour of the house, Jordan told the brokers that the listing price for the house was $12 million, and the potential commission was $360,000.

Ryan then hosted a meeting for the Central Park penthouse and took updates on where the agents were with their efforts to sell the property. None of them had any buyers, so Ryan gave them a pep talk and coaxed them to sell the property.

Meanwhile, Jade and Savannah met for lunch. Here, Jade sympathized with the bullying Savannah had to go through in the previous episodes. Jade also warned her about working with Chloe, revealing that they used to be best friends before Chloe started taking credit for Jade's work.
