The renowned CEO of SERHANT Broker will be the focus of Owning Manhattan, giving viewers a glimpse into the fast-paced world of high-end real estate in New York City. Premiering on June 28 on Netflix, the show will track Serhant and his team of agents as they compete to land the most prestigious luxury listings in the city. Competing brokerages should be on alert, as this group is determined to rise to the top.

Selling real estate in Manhattan requires a unique mindset. Manhattan is filled with valuable real estate and wealth. The only way to expand is to venture outside the island. It's similar to Survivor.

Observing this process is fascinating because selling real estate in New York is truly one-of-a-kind. The official synopsis reads:

"The reality series will follow Serhant and his elite army of agents over eight episodes, as they face intense competition to secure the city’s most exclusive luxury listings. Other brokerages better watch their backs, because this team will stop at nothing to become the best in the world."

In a bustling city with over eight million people, SERHANT makes real estate a team effort, focusing on important principles. To succeed here, you need to show a consistent sales record and earn at least $500,000 in commissions each year. Hard work is crucial, and diligence is valued over laziness.

Integrity is also emphasized, requiring a balance of assertiveness and decency in all interactions. Lastly, innovation is encouraged, challenging traditional ideas and fostering creativity within the team.

At Serhant, Ryan believes in creating, innovating and inspiring and expects all team members to have the same dedication to thrive in this ever-changing real estate landscape.

‘My job is to create, innovate, and inspire you. If you can't do the same thing for me, there's other places to work.’" Ryan added

This new series expands the collection of Netflix docuseries-style programs focused on the extravagant realm of high-end real estate. It joins shows like Buying Beverly Hills, Buying London, Selling The OC and Selling Sunset.

“To sell real estate in Manhattan, you have to be cut from from a very special, sometimes crazy cloth,” Serhant explains to Tudum

Throughout eight episodes, real estate experts will compete to sell luxurious listings in New York City. They will also try to secure the world's most expensive apartment worth $250 million. The agent who sells it first will earn $10 million.
