Owning Manhattan: List of cast members explored

Owning Manhattan is a brand new Netflix venture. The show features 39-year-old Ryan Serhant, Million Dollar Listing New York star and a big-shot name in real estate, along with other new real estate agents. The show released the official trailer three weeks ago on YouTube, and it is creating a buzz amongst the viewers.

Owning Manhattan's trailer features the elite ensemble, who are seen heading straight for the greatest deals in the cutthroat industry. Ryan Serhant, the company's owner, is pictured with his distinguished team members attempting to sell a high-end apartment worth $250 million. He boosts the team by providing $10 million to whoever sells the property.

Owning Manhattan will premiere on Netflix on June 28. The show will consist of eight episodes. Netflix revealed the official cast at the trailer launch.

1) Ryan Serhant

Ryan Serhant, a real estate tycoon, hails from Houston, USA. He ventured into the New York state market in 2008. In 2020, he opened his real state firm, SERHANT. The business has created award-winning advertisements and public relations strategies, landing it at number six on The Real Deal's list of Top Residential Brokerages for 2022. Ryan can be seen with his team in the trailer of Owning Manhattan, all set to get the best deals before anyone else.

He says in the trailer:

“And if you can’t sell, you can’t be here.”

2) Chloe Tucker Caine

Chloe Tucker Caine, a renowned media personality, marketing expert, and real estate agent, is set to showcase her skills in Owning Manhattan. Born in Los Angeles, she began her career as a Broadway star. Chloe has a remarkable work ethic, inventiveness, and creativity that are well renowned. Chloe currently resides in Flatiron with her husband and pet dog.

3) Tricia Lee

Tricia Lee works at SERHANT. She has been a business owner and is now a successful name in real estate. Her Instagram bio reads:

"Former Beauty Boss turned Power Real Estate Broker."

She specializes largely in selling and renting out opulent homes. She has owned Polish Bar Brooklyn, a well-known chain of nail and beauty bars, for more than ten years.

4) Savannah Gowarty

Savannah Gowarty is licensed to list real estate in both North Carolina and New York. Her area of expertise is affluent real estate. In addition, she creates content. She is Elevated Advisement's member. She is a competitive realtor in the New York real estate market because of her dedication to her business and attention to fashion and design.

5) Nile Lundgren

Nile Lundgren, a SERHANT team member, has over ten years of experience. As an adjunct professor at Baruch College, City University of New York, he deals with television series and real estate. Nile has been featured in the New York Times, The Real Deal, Mansion Global, and other publications. He hosts the real estate podcast, The Broker That Never Sleeps. He is going to be seen in Owning Manhattan. In the trailer, he says:

"Confidence is my middle name."

6) Jordan March

Jordan March is at the forefront of significant strategic shifts in real estate since he is experienced, knowledgeable about the industry, and has a passion for social and digital media. Jordan is a 16-year real estate industry veteran and the managing partner of SERHANT's Empire Collective Team. He is regarded as a digital media pioneer and an industry disruptor.

7) Jonathan

Jonathan Nørmølle is relatively new in the realm of real estate. The Danish New Yorker is a new addition to the Serhant team. He can be seen competing for his way out amongst the big sharks of real estate on Owning Manhattan.

8) Jessica Taylor

Real estate agent Jessica Taylor is astute, creative, and innovative. She attended Oxford Brookes University in England to earn degrees in psychology and business. She specializes in selling upscale and newly constructed residences and has experience working with buyers and sellers across multiple price points.

According to the SERHANT website, Jessica's "deals have been featured in the “Big Ticket” section of the New York Times."

9) Jessica Markowski

Jessica Markowski is a New York-based real estate agent. She keeps her research deep and her understanding clear, especially when it comes to dealing with the complexities of the New York real estate market. She introduces New York in her style in the trailer of Owning Manhattan and says:

"Welcome to the New York City. We have the good, bad, ugly, crazy."

10) Jeffrey St. Arromand

Jeffrey has been a successful sports TV producer and is a partner with the Tracia Lee firm. He has been a three-time Emmy winner for his sports production venture. He is also engaged to Tricia Lee and is "a leading partner of the successful Tricia Lee Team," according to the company's website.

11) Jade Shenker

As a founding member of the commercial section, Jade has joined SERHANT. Her area of expertise is commercial real estate. She works with commercial, investment, and ultra-luxurious unique assets and comes from a family that is real estate-driven.

According to the SERHANT website, Jade has "served on planning and zoning boards in South Florida."

12) Genesis Suero

A television personality, the winner of Miss New York USA, Genesis is a member of the Lundgren team. She specializes in providing access to the wealthiest properties and real estate listings that live up to expectations for buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and developers.

The Netflix original, Owning Manhattan, is going to premiere on June 28, 2024.
