“I’m not a person who is just going to listen to one side of the story and go with it. I’m paying attention,” she explained.
Despite her neutral stance, the cast member clarified that she does not intervene unless asked, choosing instead to observe the dynamics unfold. She mentioned that joining the show was not taken lightly; she consulted her family, especially her daughter, before agreeing to be featured in the series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“If everybody could just shut up for a second, and we actually talked about things in order, we could probably figure out the center of the issue pretty quickly,” she shared.
Bozoma pointed out that disagreements among the cast often get out of hand. She said that many of the arguments seem to be more about letting out emotions than actually solving the problems. She emphasized that she does not intervene unless specifically asked for her opinion.
“I respect that everyone on the show has their way of handling things,” she added, highlighting her neutral approach to the ongoing drama."
The recent episode reflected these dynamics, as tensions between Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke resurfaced during a group gathering. Erika Jayne attempted to mediate but was pulled into disputes between other cast members.

Bozoma explained that her decision to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was influenced by her family's comfort.
“I wanted to make sure that anybody in my life who would be featured was okay with it,” she explained.

“It was important to me that my daughter felt safe with this decision,” she added.
Only after receiving her daughter’s approval did Bozoma agree to join the show. She also shared her thoughts on how the franchise has evolved over the years.
“It’s the evolution of housewives. How we appear has changed,” she noted, explaining that the women featured on the show reflect different lifestyles and professional achievements.
Bozoma pointed out that the title, while traditional, still resonates with the changing roles of women in modern society. “Each of us represents a part of the world that viewers can connect with,” she added.
She explained that she takes an approach of observing, listening, and contributing only when it feels appropriate, describing how she manages her role in the series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
