Amanza opens up about her passion on Selling Sunset season 8 episode 11

On Selling Sunset season 8 episode 11 Amanza talked about entering the studio where she gets to express her creative side. During her conversation with Mary, Smith shared she was unsure if real estate was something she was "super into." She however expressed gratitude for being able to work in the luxury real estate industry but felt conflicted about her current job fulfilling her artistic side.

Mary asked if Amanza wanted to step away from real estate for a bit to which Smith didn't have a yes or no response. The interior designer explained she was trying to evaluate where to keep her focus as she was already having a "hard time juggling everything."

"I love going in the studio and painting, It doesn't feel like work. It's the one thing that totally takes me out of my head. It's almost like, it's therapeutic." Amanza said.

Later in the episode, the Selling Sunset cast member further explained what her decision-making process was. Amanza mentioned that now her art "was generating money" she might consider switching from real estate.

"Jason sent me a really nice text about how the art show was good. It feels good when Jason says, when he's proud of you. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be making money off, my art like this. And it feels incredible." she said.

Mary motivated her friend to take her time and eventually, she could figure out what to do. Mary stated that Smith's commission check would be more motivating for her and might help her decide which path to choose.
