Rhythm + Flow season 2 will premiere on November 20, 2024, on Netflix. DJ Khaled, Ludacris, and Latto will be serving as the judges for the show and will "assess a talented group of young and hungry artists competing for a grand prize of $250,000 and the title of hip-hop’s newest star."

In each episode, the three notable judges will be joined by special guests, including Eminem, Busta Rhymes, Big Sean, Remy Ma, Mr. Porter, Royce Da 5’9”, and GloRilla. The show aims to "uplift and celebrate the craft of hip-hop" while finding and nurturing true excellence within the genre.


Rhythm + Flow season 2 judges: Ludacris, DJ Khaled, and Latto

Ludacris

Ludacris is a rapper, actor, and entrepreneur who has explored the world of music, film, and business. He gained popularity in the music industry with his debut album Incognegro (1999). With his punchy lyrics, dynamic flow, and unique Southern rap style, the rapper became a defining personality in the early 2000s hip-hop scene. He currently has over 6 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Ludacris is familiar with Atlanta's Southern rap scene and as a judge, he would help the Rhythm + Flow season 2 contestants with his decades of experience. Over the years, he has released eight studio albums, including his 2001 presentation of Word of Mouf and Chicken-n-Beer (2003). His 2006 album Release Therapy earned him his first Grammy award for Best Rap Album of the Year.

Aside from his music career, he has also built a notable presence in the film industry. He is best known for his comedic role as Tej Parker in the Fast & Furious franchise, first appearing in 2 Fast 2 Furious in 2003 and continuing to be a part of the series ever since.


DJ Khaled

DJ Khaled, born Khaled Mohamed Khaled, is one of the most recognizable celebrities in modern hip-hop and pop music. He is a DJ, producer, and media personality, famous for his catchphrases like “Another one” and “We the best". He currently has over 23 million monthly listeners on Spotify, placing him at 258th on the platform's global ranking.

Khaled shared his music career as a radio DJ in Miami, which helped him build a notable network in the hip-hop community. He grabbed widespread recognition with his 2006 debut album, Listennn... the Album, which featured collaborations with several top artists. Since then, he has continued to work with major stars in his albums, earning acclaim for his prolific collaborations that topped the charts.

The Rhythm + Flow judge's most successful album, Grateful, was released in 2017 and featured the chart-topping single I’m the One with Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, and Quavo. The album also included a track titled Wild Thoughts, in which he teamed up with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller.

Beyond music, Khaled has ventured into entrepreneurship with interests in fashion, restaurants, and more. His brand, We the Best, oversees his merchandise, record label, and partnerships with various companies.


Latto

Latto aka Alyssa Michelle Stephens is a rapper and songwriter, known for her Southern rap flair. She’s no stranger to reality rap competition shows, having first gained popularity as a teenager on The Rap Game show in 2016, performing under the stage name Miss Mulatto. This experience will surely serve her well as she joins the judging panel for season 2 of Rhythm + Flow.

Latto catapulted to stardom with her 2019 breakout single, B***h from da Souf. She dropped her debut album, Queen of Da Souf, a year later which included hits like Muwop.

She currently has over 17 million monthly listeners on Spotify, placing her at 477th on the platform's global ranking.


Rhythm + Flow season 2 will premiere on November 20 on Netflix.
