RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars will premiere on Friday, August 16, 2024, on Paramount+. The show will feature 12 international drag queens competing for $200,000 in prize money and international recognition.

The competition show will feature RuPaul, along with resident judge Michelle Visage and Jamal Sims, a renowned choreographer. It will also feature celebrity guest judges on a weekly basis.

Some of the popular names showcased in the recently released trailer include Adriana Lima, Graham Norton, Jasmine Tookes, and more. RuPaul said in a press release on July 15:

The trailer features drag queens from various nationalities, including Swedish, French, Portuguese, and Italian, who share their origins and how the show is important to them.

Various nations, including Mexico, the UK, the Philippines, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, and Sweden, are associated with the show, as their drag queens will represent their home countries. The cast includes:

RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars trailer also shows how it will feature a wide range of guest judges weekly. The long list of guest judges includes Brazilian model Adriana Lima, Columbian model Ariadna Gutiérrez-Arévalo, Carson Kressley, Mexican singer and model Danna Paola, and model Dianne Bril.

The list of guests further includes Irish comedian Graham Norton, American fashion model Jasmine Tookes, Javier Ambrossi & Javier Calvo, Matt Rogers, Ross Mathews, and Ts Madison, American reality television personality and actress.

In the trailer, Adriana compliments one of the contestants, “You look fabulous.” It also shows Graham Norton saying, “You made the UK so proud.” The trailer also shows Danna telling a drag queen, “It’s genius.”


3) High-stake competition and international rewards

As the trailer revealed, there will be 12 international drag queens, they will be competing to win the grand prize of $200,000. The winner, along with the prize money, will also be getting a spot at the Drag Race Hall of Fame in the International Pavilion. The trailer further states,

Fans from Brazil, Italy, Latin America, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria can stream the competition on September 20, 2024, whereas viewers from France can stream it from the following day onwards.
