In Below Deck Mediterranean season 9, episode 14 introduced new crew member Carrie and revealed laundry drama involving Bri. When Aesha Scott got to know that the crew didn't have their shirts ready, Aesha Scott discovered that Bri hadn’t completed her job, and the rest of the crew had been covering for her to keep her out of trouble.
Captain Sandy was informed about this situation, she was glad that the team was sticking up for one another. But she confronted Bri about not getting the laundry done on time and asked what the issue was.
During the after show, Ellie reflected on Bri getting caught and felt "vindicated." As the second stew, Ellie also felt she was blamed even when it wasn't her fault. The Below Deck Mediterranean cast member explained she was being "used" as a "scapegoat" by Bri and then she distanced herself. Ellie said:

On the Below Deck Mediterranean aftershow Ellie shared she didn't want "Bri to fail." Ellie wanted the crew to know it wasn't her fault as she had been blamed for other people's mistakes before. She continued stating:
"I kind of felt vindicated when people finally realized that it has been Bri all along. It's not that I wanted Bri to fail, I just wanted people to know that it wasn't my fault, even if I had messed up one time. I just need a moment of vindication and then I can move on."
Bri on the other hand, shared her side of the story. According to the second stew, the yacht laundry system had to be changed as she got confused. Bri proposed a color-coordinated system for the laundry work to be easier for her. She said that her brain "gets tired" with the hectic schedule on the yacht, Bri further mentioned:
"If you ask me to read a book or look at some numbers, that's not gonna trigger my brain as fast as it would with colors. So, I was thinking maybe colors would be better for me, let's give that a go. It's not like it's ever too late to try."
Bri also stated that the bigger boats already had proper systems installed in them which is a better option for everyone. Preparing for the guests before their arrival and working as a team didn't leave much time to complete her tasks. Let's see if Bri will be assigned a new task or if some changes will be made.
