Selling Sunset, season 8 is streaming on Netflix and aired all 11 episodes of the series on September 6. The revolves around the Oppenheim group, a real estate firm in Los Angeles, founded by Jason and Brett Oppenheim. The show was created by Adam DiVello, who is also the executive producer of the show.
Season 8 features the twin Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett along with Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, Bre Tiesi, Nicole Young, and Alanna.
Episode 10 of the show is the second last episode, pushing the season to its culmination. The episode started with Alanna and Nicole visiting a property worth $14,100,000 and were soon accompanied by Mary. The episode is panned out in the Oppenheim office, where Nicole, Chelsea, and Emma were present along with Brett when Jason brought his newly bought Ferrari.
The episode also saw Amanza selling her art piece and Chrishell struggling with one of the clients. The official synopsis of the episode 1 of Selling Sunset season 8 reads:

What happened in episode 10 of Selling Sunset season 8?
Episode 10 of Selling Sunset season 8 began with Nicole and Alanna touring a 9,400 square feet posh property with a beautiful interior whose commission was a whopping $423,000. The two were joined by Mary who was coming from a tour of some property. The ladies discussed the property and then shifted to address what happened at Niko's funeral, Jason and Mary's pet dog.
Nicole also brought up the topic of Emma allegedly having an affair with a married man and supporting Chelsea. She called Emma a hypocrite.
Later in episode 10 of Selling Sunset, Jason brought his brand new Ferrari which Emma and Chelsea took for a ride, almost sending Jason into a panic attack. Brett also commented jokingly that if he had been at Jason's place he would have murdered them for doing that. Then Jason and Brett called for a group meeting with the present members- Chrishell, Emma, Nicole, and Chelsea. The meeting was about their ongoing clients and listings.
Chrishell was stuck in a tight spot with her client Melanie, who was a developer herself and wanted Chrishll to sell her property for over $20 million, which according to Chrishell was a little overboard. She tried explaining to Melanie her viewpoints and why she thought that they should list the property below $20 million. But Melanie did not look convinced.
Amanza Smith put up her art exhibition in episode 10 of Selling Sunset, which was attended by the members of the O group. The team was highly impressed by Amanza's work, and Mary mentioned that she was proud of her.
Amanza expressed that she never thought that her art would be celebrated so much and she would be paid for it. Amanza and Chelsea were shown having heart-to-heart conversations, and Amanza told Chelsea that she was there for her.
Chrishell met Mary and Jason for lunch and discussed her tricky situation with Melanie. Both Mary and Jason gave their suggestions and then the conversation moved to Niko's funeral, where Chelsea and Bre got into a conflict, Emma decided to take Chelsea's side and the matter blew out of proportion, leaving Bre sidelined and hurt.
In the last scene of episode 10 of Selling Sunset, Bre met Amanda, a real estate agent at a listing in Calabasas, and expressed that she trusted her and could confide in her. After they took the tour of the listing, Bre opened up to Amanda about Chelsea lashing out at her at Funeral.
She explained the whole fight to Amanda, and how Chelsea asked Chrishell to pick a side. Bre told Amanda that Chelsea is being vengeful, and making it personal and therefore, 'it is a war'.
