Selling The City episode 7 premiered on January 3 on Netflix. The reality real estate show focuses on the professional and personal lives of Douglas Elliman agents as they try their best to close deals on some of the biggest properties in New York City.

In episode 7, Jordyn Taylor took a break from her relationship and moved in with Eleanora Srugo for the time being. Meanwhile, Justin Tuinstra returned to one of his oldest listings, hesitating to show it to Gisselle after having already canceled his invitation twice.

What happened in Selling The City episode 7?

Selling The City episode 7 kicked off with Steve Gold inviting Eleanora Srugo and her team for a walk-through of one of his newest listings.

The East 17th Street Gramercy Park house had six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms and was over 8,500 sqft in size. The property had an asking price of $15.9 million with a commission of $749,850.

"We refreshed this whole house. We just relaunched it. This is a 28-foot-wide house... One of my favorite town homes. This owner, when he had all his stuff here, it was filled with books. He's very much into history," Steve shared with Eleanora's team.

Later in the episode, Jordyn Taylor revealed that she and her boyfriend had decided to take a break. As a result, she would be staying with Eleanora at her apartment for the time being.

The Selling The City star discussed the current status of her relationship with Eleanora and noted that she was having communication issues with her boyfriend.

"I love very hard. And… I don't know. It's-- he was so into that initially. I don't know if it was a him thing, something switched for him, or if it was, like, an us thing. That hasn't been communicated. I'm hoping what this ten days does is… gives me an explanation as to, like, the why,' she continued in her confessional.

Justin lashes out at Gisselle

Justin and Eleanora later visited one of their oldest listings, Madison House. Eleanora shared in her confessional that the building was a big deal for Justin. They had pitched this property to one of Eleanora's clients years ago, however, it didn't work out.

"So now that they have the remaining units, they chose Justin to close it out," the Selling The City star added.

Eleanora asked Justin if he was willing to show the property to Gisselle. He wasn't sure as it was a huge project and he only wanted to invite "top brokers" that had "crushed deals over ten million."

"Steve made a joke playing basketball about Gisselle not knowing certain lingo and jargon, and everybody has a time in their career where maybe they didn't know something, but it's not my job to teach you or give a preview to a junior agent. This project is just too big," Justin continued in his confessional.

Gisselle asked Justin when he was going to offer her a tour of Madison House. Justin was not happy about the fact that she had already canceled his invitation twice before and wanted it at her convenience.

While Gisselle explained that she was occupied with other important matters, the Selling The City star asserted that when a project with millions of dollars in inventory is at stake, he couldn’t simply allow anyone to drop in whenever they pleased.

Justin grew agitated hearing Gisselle's excuses and abruptly ended the conversation. Later, he confided in Eleanora, telling her that she had granted her team too much freedom, which they were now exploiting.

Here's the problem. You give these girls the one leg up and then they think they're in your world, in this reality, where they know 25-million-dollar penthouses. They're like, 'I know Eleonora. I'm on the team. I should be able to go wherever I want," he told Eleanora.

Gisselle was hurt by the comments made about her. By the end of the episode, she told Eleanora that she was determined to close major deals and prove to Justin that she was far from being a small-time agent.
