Love Island USA season 6 aired its latest episode on Friday, July 5. Episode 22 featured the much-awaited Casa Amor recoupling ceremony that left multiple relationships scarred. Serena was heartbroken to hear that her partner, Kordell, decided to leave Casa Amor to meet new singles. She believed they had progressed in their relationship and could not comprehend the reason behind Kordell's choice.

"If he really couples with another girl, nobody wants to see the Serena that I'm gonna pull out of my a**. I can tell you that," Serena stated.

Kordell forged a relationship with newcomer, Daia, and often shared intimate moments with her during his stay at Casa Amor. In episode 22, he entered the villa coupled up with her. Serena refused to tolerate the disrespect, criticizing him for misleading her. She called out his "attention-hungry" personality and declared she did not deserve it.

Serena confronts Kordell for choosing Daia in Love Island USA season 6

Ahead of Casa Amor week in Love Island USA, Serena revealed that Kordell and her were finally heading forward in their relationship, both physically and emotionally. She was excited to see how their connection fared. However, she was worried that the pace with which she approached their relationship bothered Kordell. She felt that it might have provoked him to explore other options.

At Casa Amor, Kordell developed a strong connection with the new 'bombshell' Daia. He was not only intimate with her but also confessed that his feelings were growing stronger. Although he had Serena at the back of his head, he admitted that he did not want to restrain himself from pursuing a relationship with Daia.

In episode 21, Serena was shown a video clip of Kordell and Daia, having a moment in bed. Despite being heartbroken, she declared that there was no way she could reunite with him after that.

In the latest episode (July 5), Kordell entered the Love Island USA villa alongside Daia, surprising everyone. When asked to justify his decision, Kordell said he brought Daia to test the strength of his relationship with Serena.

"She may not believe it but I was thinking about her the whole time," Kordell defended himself.

Serena laughed at his statement, struggling to believe him since she saw his closeness with Daia. Kordell tried to establish that she misunderstood the video, but Serena refused to budge. Even when he apologized, she rejected it immediately.
