Season 8 of Selling Sunset has been making a buzz since its premiere on September 6. The Oppenheim Group is once again the talk of the town, as Netflix unleashed another season of this real estate reality TV series. The season has yet another clash between the cast members, which primarily involved Chelsea Lazkani and Bre Tiesi.
Bre and Chelsea got caught in a mess when Bre decided to unveil a secret related to Chelsea's husband in episode 5 of Selling Sunset. Bre met Chelsea in a bar during episode 5 and revealed that she got to know via a trusted friend, Amanda, that Jeff Lazkani, Chelsea's husband, was seen outside a hotel in Hollywood with some girl. Chelsea was shaken after hearing the news and broke into tears.
However, in the later episode, during the funeral of Jason and Mary's dog, Chelsea expressed that it was her matter, and Bre should not have brought it like that in public.
After the show, Bre shared in an interview on September 9 done by ET's Brice Sander, that Chelsea knew about her husband's infidelity beforehand and shared:
"I know that I had good intentions and I know that everything is not necessarily the way it looks on TV. And she is well aware that she knew well before this show. So that's all I have to say about that."
Bre from Selling Sunset chimed in about the mess with Chelsea during the show
Bre Tiesi, a real estate agent of Oppenheim group was recently seen sharing her opinion about the whole conflict that panned out between her and Chelsea in the reality TV show, Sellig Sunset. In the show, Bre and Chelsea did not end up on a happy note. However, Bre Tiesi shared during an interview with ET on September 9, that she had no regret about how things turned out. Bre voiced that she was being herself in the show, Selling Sunset, and had no ill intentions toward anyone.
Bre and Chelsea developed bad blood after Bre revealed the secret about Chelsea's husband's affair. All was good until episode 7 when Chrishell called Bre to ask her whether this whole revelation was orchestrated by her. Bre was taken aback and said that she was disappointed that they had turned the whole thing against her.
Bre also spoke about the same in the interview conducted by Brian Sander. Brian asked her what went wrong in just one episode, which made Chelsea question Bre's intentions. Bre answered:
"I think that this was her moment in true honesty. This is her moment to redeem herself. This was her moment to take her power back and I felt like I was doing the right thing. And then so when it panned out this way I was like, oh I see what you did there."
She further added:
"I'm like okay, so you wanted everyone to dislike me since day 1 and now you took something that I did as a nice thing for you and turned it on me. And I was like, okay."
Bre was stunned by the fact Chelsea did not trust her but made her peace with it. Bre also opened up about Chrishell accusing her of orchestrating the whole revelation and said that if she wanted to set it up she would not have revealed the information to them beforehand.
She told Brian that Chelsea knew about the news since December 2023, much before the filming of this season of Selling Sunset.
Season 8 of Selling Sunset is streaming on Netflix now.
