Single's Inferno season 4 episode 4 premiered on Netflix on January 14, 2025. It began with a date between Lee Si-an and Jun-seo, where they talked about themselves and their likes. Later, the cast participated in a likability activity where they had to vote for the contestant they were interested in. The singles revealed the number of votes they got and concluded the night playing a drinking game.
At the end of the episode, all the female contestants flew over to Paradise, where they met three new single male contestants.

At the start of Single's Inferno season 4 episode 4, Lee Si-an shared in her confessional that she had one-on-one chats and had been to Paradise with some of the other men. However, she chose Jun-seo for her date as she hadn't had that chance to speak with him.
Lee Si-an asked Jun-seo why he chose You-jin for Paradise on the first day. He explained that he simply chose her because their eyes met a couple of times, and he felt a connection. He then told Lee Si-an that he was intimidated by her when they first met in episode 1.
The Single's Inferno season 4 contestants went on to discuss what type of person they were and what they liked in a partner. The two agreed that they didn't get to chat with one another a lot and felt that they would get to know one another going forward in the show.
Likability activity votes are revealed
Later in episode 4 of Single's Inferno season 4, the singles participated in a likability activity in which they had to secretly vote for an opposite-gender contestant whom they were interested in.
"We will now choose based on likability. Please go over to the mailbox one at a time and deliver a chocolate to the person you're interested in. You may choose more than one person," the narrator announced.
One hour later, the cast gathered around the campfire where each contestant received a box containing the number of chocolate coins they received as a vote. The singles were then asked to open the box in front of all and reveal the number of votes they received. Kim Te-hwan went first and found two chocolate coins in his box.
"When I opened the box, I saw two pieces inside. Well, I don't think I did too bad. I expected to receive around three, but I don't think two is that off the mark, so I was fine with that," the Single’s Inferno star reacted in his confessional.

A-rin confronts Dong-ho and the entry of a new single on Single's Inferno
After revealing the votes, the singles played a drinking game where A-rin revealed that she had voted for Dong-ho. Later, Dong-ho was asked whom he would like to go to Paradise with, and instead of giving out a name, he chose to drink.
A-rin later expressed her disappointment to Dong-ho for not choosing her despite her openly expressing interest in him. He explained that it was a personal thing for him and wasn't sure who he was most interested in.
The next morning, the female contestants received an invitation to the Paradice. There, they were introduced to a new male contestant, Hong Seong-bo.
"My name is Hong Seong-bo. A lot of people say I look intimidating at first. But if you actually get to know me, you'll realize how cheerful I am. I tend to be direct and straightforward. You'll naturally grow to like me, and before you know it, you'll be dating me," the new Single’s Inferno contestant said in his confessional.
The female contestants were then introduced to two more male contestants, Hong Seong-bo and Kwon Ki-ha. The episode ended on a cliffhanger, noting that only one of the three new contestants would head to the Inferno island.
