The much-awaited season 26 of Big Brother made its way to screens on Wednesday, June 17, and it has started making headlines with the premiere episode itself. Apart from the new AI twist that has the fans excited, the challenges in the first episode also garnered reactions from fans for their uniqueness.
For the first challenge of the night, the contestants had to sit on a chair that would spin around on its axis as the screens on all four sides would change colors. The spinning contestant had to memorize the sequence of the colors flashed and then replicate the sequence after the spinning stopped.
Big Brother fans found the challenge "hilarious" because Angela screamed while she was spinning, overwhelmed by the increasing speed of spins and the increasing speed of changing colors, while Rubina fell off her chair once it stopped spinning because she was dizzy.

Fans were also astonished by Makensy's poise and composure when she was spinning as she crossed her legs and held tight, others found that funny. They took to X to make memes out of the challenge.
"Rubina falling off her chair is so hilarious!" 0ne fan wrote.
"Me as a kid spinning on my dad’s desk chair for no reason," said another.
"Angela spinning in that chair is SENDING ME!!!" wrote one fan.

What else went down on Big Brother season 26 episode 1?
Episode 1 of Big Brother season 26 saw eight of the total 16 contestants making their way into the villa. The two-day premiere will introduce the remaining 8 contestants in episode 2 on July 18.
After Ainsley received the least amount of votes, she was eliminated. But in a mind-bending twist, she turned out to be an AI bot. In a video, Ainsley revealed her true identity and said that she was a bot who was programmed to run the game.
Big Brother contestants and viewers then saw Ainsley morphing into a bot-like humanoid in blue. She announced two games that they were to play, the first one was the spinning chair challenge and the second one was the one where contestants had to put their heads into different boxes full of different critters and snakes.
They then had to form a word out of the letters scattered in the box, come out, find the word on the board, and stick it to the said box. There were four boxes in total, with four different words, and once the contestant was able to decode them all they had to press the big buzzer to win.
New episodes of Big Brother season 26 come out on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at 9 pm ET, on CBS.
