90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 aired episode 10 on Monday, September 2, 2024. During the segment, Shekinah revealed that she and her partner, Sarper, had gotten into a fight that turned physical. She explained that he snatched her phone away and in the process, pulled out her hair extensions.

She stated that he had called and texted her repeatedly, expressing regret over his actions. In a confessional, Sarper also chimed in on his actions and said that he was "mad" at the time, but felt differently the next morning.

"Something piercing my heart. She took everything with her and went away. Even Adonis, my boy," Sarper said.

The TLC reality star said that he felt strange and "regret like a puppy."

Sarper chimes in on his fight with Shekinah in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6

In 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 episode 10, titled, (Dis)Enchanted, Sarper opened up about his and Shekinah's recent fight. He explained that it was an important day for both of them since they shared a birthday.

The season 6 cast member said he wanted to make her happy and looked up vanity models to gift her. He stated that Shekinah "denied" all of them. Sarper said he got "so upset" because of "uncertainties."

Recalling the dinner at his parents' house, he stated he felt his mother was upset about the K-1 visa conversation that took place in episode 9. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 star said there were a lot of things on his mind.

"But I overreacted," he admitted.

Sarper said that the moment he grabbed Shekinah's phone, he knew he had mistake a mistake. He admitted he could have handled the situation better.

"I could be more calm. Of course, I don't want to hurt Shekinah. And only thing that I want from her, her to be happy, that's all," he said.

The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star said he was "regretful" and had texted the female cast member to apologize. He said it was up to Shekinah whether she wanted to be with him. Sarper stated that he would understand if she chose to leave him.

Although Sarper said he deserved Shekinah to leave him because of his "stupid f*cking temper," he didn't want to lose her. The TLC star said that he would "do everything for her."

Shekinah also shared her side of the story with the cameras and said that Sarper had forgotten to buy her a birthday present. She said he insisted on buying her a vanity bag but she didn't want it. She couldn't believe how that took such a drastic turn that her partner would try to rip her phone out of her hand.

She said that in the process, he ripped her hair extensions off. Shekinah explained that although she knew he didn't mean to cause her harm, he did mean to grab her phone. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star, who was previously in a physically abusive relationship, said that Sarper's actions triggered her.

Shekinah explained that her partner didn't know about her history of abuse because he didn't want to know about her past relationships. However, the female cast member said it didn't matter because his actions were wrong.

"It's wrong and it feels terrible. He just thinks we're going to fall back into like, our happy life and things are going to be great. He's totally wrong," the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 6 star said.

The fight in question was showcased on the August 26, 2024 episode of the TLC show. After the incident, producers intervened while the female cast member packed her things and booked a hotel for herself.
