Big Brother season 26 released episode 24 on September 5, 2024, on CBS. In this episode of Week 7, Joseph bid adieu to the BB house and gave viewers the nine jury members who will be responsible for voting a winner out of the two finalists.

From week 8 onwards, there will only be two nominations instead of the regular three, without any AI Arena to rely on. Ahead of episode 25 release on September 8, the Live Feeds section on Paramount+ revealed Chelsie as the new Head of the Household of Week 8, with Angela and Kimo up on the block.

Kimo, T'kor, and Rubina continue to remain the strongest trio of alliance in the Big Brother house. If not broken up, they would make up for the majority of the votes for each other and prevail till the finals.

Recognizing this, fans of Big Brother took to X to urge the houseguests to break the trio. Some asked them to vote for Kimo while he was on the block, while others urged them to renominate another one from the three, so their trio could split up.

"Genuinely hate that trio so much, the only one I can maybe stand is Rubina. the other two are nothing but rude," one fan said.
"I can’t stand Angela, but agree that Kimo is the right choice for eviction. That trio HAS to be broken up," another person said.
"Ohhh I hope Kimo goes this week! Break up the trio AND another man going home!" a third fan wrote.
"Cam is my guy!! That's right, get Kimo out!! The trio needs to be split up. I wanted Kimo out so bad," another viewer wrote.

Big Brother fans asked Chelsie to break the trio because she would have the chance to vote if the eviction votes ended up in a tie.

"Chelsie if you’re gonna vote her out next week, vote her out this week?? They won’t be split up next week if you don’t take one out now," a comment read.
"I’m just gonna say it. Chelsie needs to STOP being threatened by that white woman over a man and SPLIT UP THAT TRIO," another tweet read.
"I dunno I think if any one of the trio is up after renoms it's in everyone's best interest to split up a known 3 person voting bloc ASAP but hey what do I know I've just watched the show before... Lmao," a fan commented.

The chances of the trio breaking in week 8 of Big Brother season 26

Makensy, the Veto winner of week 8, recognized the fact that if the houseguests didn't split up T'kor, Rubina, and Kimo, they would likely get two confirmed votes each. With every player needing only three votes to get to the finals, the trio would indefinitely get through. She also believed that if Angela wasn't evicted after being on the Block for two weeks straight, America wouldn't like it.

In the Live Feeds section, the new HoH Chelsie said that if she had to renominate, she would go for either Quinn or Leah. This could further diminish the chances of Kimo getting out because of Quinn's partnership with Leah—another point of concern for many houseguests.
