Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2: Preston and Bria resolve their issues

Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2 aired a brand new episode on Sunday, April 21, 2024. During the segment, fans saw the continuation of Bria confronting the group about Mariah joining the cast in season 2.

This led to Jasmine breaking down, followed by Preston and Bria having a big blowout about the same. While the two got into an extremely heated argument, they resolved their issues the following day when the cast was out playing basketball.

"You're like my little sister": Preston and Bria talk things out in Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2 episode 5

In Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2 episode 5, titled, The Worst Kept Secret, Bria and Preston got into a huge argument about former cast members Phil and Mariah potentially joining the cast in the current season.

During a night out, the two got into a screaming match, but resolved their issues the very next day. The next day, when the cast went out to play basketball, Bria approached Preston and asked him if she could take a seat.

Preston told her that he didn't want her to think that he wasn't appreciative of her. Bria responded by saying that the Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2 cast member had every right to feel the way he did about Phil. She told him that she would still like for Preston and Phil to take over Facetime once.

Preston replied by saying:

"I'm open to hearing him out but Phil shouldn't have any expectations. The two of them told each other how much they loved one another."

He added:

"But you know, I do think sometimes you're a brat. You're like my little sister in that way though."

Bria then told Preston that she loved him.

How Bria, Jasmine, and Preston got into a fight

On the 6th night of Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 2, Jasmine broke down after Bria expressed how she felt about Mariah potentially joining the cast for the mini vacation.

She told the cameras that she needed her friends to be more supportive of her since she was going through a lot. She added that a lot of her concerns about Silas' deployment were also adding to her frustrations. She further said that her husband was supposed to be deployed for a set amount of time but she couldn't do anything about it if it got extended.

Once Jasmine stopped crying, Bria explained why she felt uncomfortable around Mariah and said that she felt disrespected by the Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season 1 cast member.

Preston asked Bria what would have happened if he had said no to Phil joining the cast while the rest of them had said yes. Bria said that she wouldn't have let Phil come since Preston told her personally how he felt about the former Bravo star.

Bria insinuated that if Phil had done to Preston what Mariah did to her, it would have been a different story. Preston disagreed and the two got into a huge argument. Bria asked who the season 2 cast member was calling out and Jasmine stepped in saying that Preston didn't call anyone out. In response, Bria said that she had Preston's "best interest" at heart.
