In the latest episode of Baddies Midwest released on January 19, 2025, Tinkaabellaaa, Tesehki, Ahna, and Natalie sat down to discuss ongoing issues among the cast members. Ivori entered, visibly upset with the OGs for switching her name tag at the hotel, which led to a fight with Big Lex. Ivori confronted the group about the prank, saying it caused her to fight multiple times.

Ahna admitted the joke went a bit too far which irked Ivori further. Big Lex soon walked out and asked for a rematch with Ivori. Ivori insisted she was done fighting, but Big Lex disagreed. The two exchanged heated words, with Big Lex claiming she had beaten Ivori in their previous fights.

Ahna intervened, trying to calm the situation. She expressed frustration with Natalie in a separate confessional, saying she had stirred up drama and wasn't taking responsibility.

"I just wish this b***h Nat would just take accountability for what she started, because it's like you got these b***hes in a frenzy, and you're not taking no control," stated Ahna in a confessional.

Baddies Midwest star Tesehki reveals who changed the name tags to Big Lex

Near the Jacuzzi, Ahna asked Big Lex to stop provoking a fight between her and Ivori. Big Lex questioned Ahna's involvement, but Ahna denied wanting to fight. Big Lex claimed that fighting would resolve their issues. Ivori decided not to fight and began gathering her belongings. Ivori stated that she didn't want to fight at that moment, but would do so when she was ready.

In a confessional on Baddies Midwest, Ivori expressed frustration with Big Lex's behavior. Ivori removed her wig, showing she wasn't intimidated and ready to exchange fists. But ultimately, she walked off after OGs insisted that she should back off.

"This b***h back here, screaming, standing behind security, screaming, 'Why you running?' I'mma fight when the f**k I feel like it, not when a b***h tell me to. Period, b***h," stated Ivori.

After Ivori walked away, Big Lex confronted the OGs about the prank, demanding to know who had switched the name tags. Tesehki soon revealed that it was Natalie who did the deed. Big Lex said one of the OGs would have to fight on Natalie's behalf since she refused to fight Natalie herself for having too much respect for the executive producer of the show.

In the end, Natalie acknowledged that the prank went too far and apologized. The group agreed to put the issue behind them and avoid playing pranks in the future.

"The s**t with changing the signs wasn't cool. It's had her fighting 30 times, and the prank literally has gone wrong," expressed Natalie.

The latest episode also saw Jaidyn and Biggie attempting to resolve their issues on Baddies Midwest, but their effort failed. Biggie mocked Jaidyn's song, which escalated the tension between them. In the house, Jela and Akbar questioned Rollie's decision to hire Slim as her assistant. Rollie assigned Slim the task of bringing packages, but Slim forgot and brought snacks instead.

When the Newbies of Baddies Midwest left the house, they were surprised to see Slim there. Summer suggested that if Slim wanted to stay, she should assist all the Baddies. This proposal led to a physical altercation between Slim and Summer. Rollie was not surprised by Slim's behavior, knowing that this side of her would eventually surface.

After the fights, the cast traveled from Chicago to Milwaukee. During their performance at a club, a fight broke out among the audience, and Ivori and Jaidyn were attacked by a few of the crowd members. The episode ended with Natalie announcing that Nunu would join the cast which led Ahna and Biggie to confront the newcomer.
