Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee announces engagement to Khesanio Hall

Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio made their relationship public back in January 2023. Since then, the two have been together and are now engaged. Mackenzie made her engagement announcement on Instagram with her long-term boyfriend, Khesanio Hall, on May 29, 2024.

In the picture, Mackenzie and her boyfriend, Khesanio Hall, shared a sweet moment as Khesanio proposed. The heartfelt post was captioned as:

"I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much."

Mackenzie McKee from Teen Mom opens up about her relationship with Khesanio Hall

The Teen Mom cast member shared that the proposal was unexpected and surprising for her. She also mentioned that Khesanio invited her dad and sisters to the engagement despite the distance factor.

For Mackenzie, one of the most emotional moments from her engagement was how Khesanio included her late mother as well. Back in December 2019, Mackenzie's mom passed away after battling with cancer.

She told Us Weekly on May 29 that Khesanio made the entire proposal special and memorable for her.

“I got engaged last night. This is very, very new. It was a big surprise. All the people I loved were here and everyone was crying and it was just, he made it very, very special. It means a lot to me,” Mackenzie said.

Initially, the Teen Mom star “felt a little crazy” about her fast-paced romantic connection with Khesanio. Mackenzie revealed they were heading forward to the next steps in their relationship pretty quickly, however, it didn't feel rushed.

She explained that for the past two years, they have been in a happy, healthy relationship, and Khesanio taking over the dad role was impressive as well. She has no doubts about him. Mackenzie stated:

“We met one night and then we talked every night after that. We kind of knew, and it’s almost been two years and there’s not one day that I doubted or had any doubts. I’m just really happy and I’ve never had this kind of love. I just really, really look up to him as a person and he just kind of stepped in and raised these kids.”

Previously, the Teen Mom cast member Mackenzie McKee was in an on-and-off relationship with Josh McKee, whom she married in August 2013. The married couple welcomed their new additions to their family, Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs, in 2011, 2014, and 2016, respectively.

She recently told People on May 30, 2024, that Josh isn't co-parenting and is not involved with the kids. Mackenzie shared that dating someone new after so long was a completely new experience for her as she got pregnant very young. It would be the first time for her three kids to stay with Josh in Oklahoma, while Mackenzie lives in Florida with her fiancé, Khesanio Hall.

"I don't have my kids in the summer, so they leave tomorrow. That's still kind of new to me. I don't know what I'm going to do with all that quietness. There will definitely be less chaos. I don't know what Khes and I have planned. It's a little depressing because a three-day kid-free break is nice, but not eight weeks. It's hard," she said.
