Each two-hour episode will focus on one individual’s experience, documenting their efforts to achieve a healthier life. The show highlights Dr. Now’s methods, combining medical interventions with support from his team of specialists.

The series takes place at Dr. Now’s medical facility in Houston, Texas, where each episode focuses on one patient’s unique journey. The first four episodes introduce patients Chelsey, Lauren, Trista, and Caleb, whose transformative journeys will set the tone for the series. Six additional episodes will spotlight other individual patients and their journeys. Alongside his team of specialists.
