The Golden Bachelorette episode 4 premiered on October 9 on ABC. The reality show features Joan Voss as its first Golden Bachelorette. She has got a second chance at love and was placed in front of 23 potential suitors. Through weeks of one-on-one and group dates, she will try to form connections with these men.

Joan handed out her Week 24 roses at the end of The Golden Bachelorette episode 4. Chock, Jordan, Guy, Pascal, Jonathan, Mark, and Keith made an impression on Joan and received a rose. This left Gil, Gary, Charles L., and Dan without a rose, resulting in their elimination in episode 4.

Gil knows that his retirement is new and "dreams of living in Hawaii by the beach" alongside his partner. Further, he shared that he is a skilled juggler and loves road-tripping.

Gary is a 65-year-old retired finance executive from Palm Desert, California. In his cast bio, he said that he is currently spending his retired life in Palm Desert while enjoying "taking spin classes, golfing, and watching The View".

The father of two shares that his "dating life has been nonexistent" and hopes to meet his soul mate. He desires a woman who is "kind, caring, and intelligent" and with whom he could travel the world. Further, he shared that he loves the spa and the USC Trojans.


Charles L.

Charles L. is a 66-year-old retired financial analyst from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In his cast bio, he said that he was "ready for a second chance at true love and excited to put himself out there."

Charles was ready to risk it all for life and hoped that Joan could "match his kind heart, hilarious sense of humor, and sweet soul."

In episode 3, he opened up about his wife's passing and garnered a lot of support from his fellow contestants and the fans. Further, he shared that he loves to fish and his favorite TV show is the NBA Finals.

Dan is a 64-year-old private investor from Naples, Florida. In his cast bio, he said that he is an "optimistic, loyal, and open-minded guy" and loves the simple things in life.

Dan shared that he was currently in the happiest phase of his life and hoped to find the right woman to spend his golden years with.

He was excited about the opportunity she got for another shot at love on The Golden Bachelorette.
