Passionate about modern art, he finds inspiration in stately homes and art galleries, often incorporating floral scents and citrus notes in his bakes. Bread is a comforting specialty for him, reminding him of birthday cakes prepared by his mother.

Living on a Welsh farmhouse with her family, she takes inspiration from her garden and the countryside surrounding her. Known for her “cannoli connoisseur” status, she also enjoys foraging ingredients for her dishes.
Georgie has a significant collection of tableware and crockery and often pairs her baking creations with unique presentations that reflect her love for nature.
