Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 episode 13, titled Mid-Strife Crisis, will premiere on January 6 on Bravo.
In the preview clip for the episode, provided by Brovo on their official website on December 31, Captain Glenn called out Daisy Kellihe for a conversation regarding their recent unsatisfied guests.
Glenn informs Daisy that before their guests said their goodbyes to the crew, they had a separate conversation with him, telling him about their charter experience.
They told him that the service that they received wasn't up to the level that someone would expect on a super yacht.

While Daisy acknowledges a "bad vibe" during the recent charter and takes responsibility for it, she also attributes some of the issues to the guests.
She explains that despite her efforts to engage with them and foster a connection, the guests did not reciprocate her attempts at conversation.
"But the looks I was getting. The conversation that I started were stonewalling and it got to the point where I felt like 'I don't wanna be around them,'" she continued.
Glenn, however, points out to Daisy that she is the leader and is responsible for setting the tone for her department.
Learning from their recent unsatisfied guests, the Captain asks Daisy if she has any solution for it. Felling targeted, Daisy storms out of the conversation in frustration.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht guest expresses their unsatisfied charter experience
In the preview clip for Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 episode 13, the guests confide in Captain Glenn, expressing their dissatisfaction with their charter experience.
One of the guests remarks that when someone chooses this level of luxury, they expect to receive the experience they came for.
She further expresses that the male crew went "over and beyond" to give them a good time.
However, she adds that while the female crew appeared friendly to their face, they weren't attentive to their needs.
"Even though it felt like the girls were friendly, they were friendly in front of us, but I felt like this was they turned around, they were just rolling their eyes, just frustrated. They had conversation, you could just tell they were just irritated," the guest continued.
Captain Glenn apologizes for their unsatisfied experience, noting that they "obviously" dropped the ball with their charter.
While the guest assured him that he was "great" and made up for everything, the Below Deck Sailing Yacht captain emphasized that his commitment, the team's efforts, and how they utilize their time are what truly matter.
The guests disembark from the yacht, bidding farewell to the Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew members. They express their gratitude while also mentioning the "hiccups" they encountered during their trip.
"Thank you everyone. It was a few little hiccups. Sometimes we felt the little tension between some of the girls. Hopefully we didn't work you too much. We kind of felt the frustration a little bit towards us... The main thing was, I feel like the guys did such a great job of trying to make us happy," the guests tell the crew.
Glenn later addresses his crew, acknowledging that the recent charter was one of their more challenging experiences. He remarked that it wasn’t an easy charter and urged the team to work on finding solutions for their mistakes.
Citing how the guests were unsatisfied with the female crew, Daisy expresses to Danni Warren that she feels the criticism is directed at her and her team.
While Below Deck Sailing Yacht cast members appreciated the male crew stepping up, she makes it clear that she would not tolerate hostility, given the long hours her team puts in.
"I don't want any guests to walk away feeling like they had an experience like that. That's not why I'm here. I certainly didn't want them to feel like we didn't like them. So yeah, I feel guilty and responsible," Daisy later says in her confessional.
