What to expect from The Masked Singer in Season 12?
Season 12 of the popular show is set to bring many surprises, new costumes, new contestants, and a lot of twists for the fans. The panel of judges includes Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Robin Thicke, and Rita Ora.
During the Fox Entertainment panel, executive producer Craig Plestis spoke about the show and how people tried to "spy and get in with cameras on set." Plestis added that the best job to have on the show was "to be part of the security detail" as it has "more security than producers."
"Without the secrets, the show is blown right open," he said.
Season 11 of the show featured three groups of singers, with each group going through a series of rounds, and one group won and moved on to the semifinals. Finally, the 'Wildcard' contestants came back and dropped in the middle of each round. There was also the 'Ding Dong Keep It On' bell, which lets the judges save one contestant who was about to be eliminated.
Season 12 of The Masked Singer will premiere on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, on Fox. Fans who missed the episode can watch it on Hulu the next day.
