The Mole season 2 aired three new episodes on Friday, July 5, 2024, on Netflix. The new set of episodes revealed Neesh to be the player who bid the grand amount of $59,500 to be safe from the episode 6 elimination.

However, his time on the show was limited as Neesh was eliminated in episode 8 after getting most answers wrong on the elimination quiz. While leaving, he said he was "so mad." He added that it "sucked" and elaborated about the same in a confessional:

"I manifested winning this for so long. I really didn't think it would be me, and if it was me, it wasn't gonna happen before the finale. I mean, I'm out because I don't know who the Mole was, clearly. But I'm impressed by you, whoever you are."

The cast gets upset with Neesh in The Mole season 2

Ahead of his elimination from the Netflix competitive reality show, Neesh was revealed to be the player who brought the prize pot to zero by bidding the entire amount to win an exemption in episode 6.

Upon finding out, the season 2 cast was shocked to discover it was Neesh, and Hannah asked him if he was "literally dumb." When he said "a little bit," Muna said he was "completely dumb." The cast member asked The Mole season 2 cast to yell at him at the moment as Hannah pointed out he bid "every single dollar" they had.

In a confessional, Quaylyn also expressed his disappointment with the player:

"That cut me. Cut me to my soul. Because he has proven, like, you know, 'I could trust you.' If it was somebody else, of course, I'd have been mad. But Neesh though? Wow."

None of the contestants wanted to look at Neesh as he collected his exemption card. While in a conversation with the cameras, Neesh explained why he bid as high as he did. He said he had been "unselfish" so far in the game.

"First mission, I was almost gone. During the shipping crate mission, everyone else played selfishly. So then, bye, money. This exemption is mine. I'm gonna get what I need to win this game."

Muna noted that The Mole season 2 cast member "took almost $60,000 away," while Michael pointed out there were people who couldn't even make that much money in a year. He added that the money could have changed somebody's life.

Hannah reminded him that they had been in the game for weeks and had put their "blood, sweat, and tears" into the missions to earn the money he spent. When Neesh noted he was also a part of the missions, Hannah said:

"All you've done is boss people around, talk over people, and be a d*ck! Shut up!"

In a confessional, Neesh said that he knew somebody else would have gotten the exemption if he hadn't and noted that the contestants were "pissed" because he won. Hannah added that Neesh was "insecure" in his ability to find out who the saboteur was, which is why he needed the exemption.

The Mole season 2 cast walked away angrily, and Neesh and the conversation continued later. Muna and Deanna wondered why they were even in the game, and Hannah said Neesh didn't care about them or the money.

Quaylyn told Neesh that the money could have changed some of their lives and pointed out that they only had a handful of missions left. He wondered how much money they could walk away with, while Ryan said it made her wonder why she was away from her kids to be a part of the Netflix show.

Although Neesh survived the upcoming elimination because he had the exemption card, the next elimination quiz sent him packing in episode 8.

The Mole season 2 will return next week with two more episodes, including the season finale, which will air on Friday, July 12, 2024, on Netflix.
