In the last episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the ladies concluded their trip to London. Shannon arranged a birthday party but flew out alone to OC after getting into an argument with some of the ladies. The season finale saw Jenn get engaged to her long-time boyfriend Ryan while Alexis threw a party and suggested the ladies dress up as "dorky 80s bridesmaids."

The season finale of The Real Housewives Of Orange County started with Alexis shopping for an engagement ring. Her fiance John Janssen showed confidence in staying together with Alexis. Notably, John was previously involved with another RHOC castmate, Shannon Beador.
Gina shared that she and Travis were both trying to work things out but were frustrated by the slow pace as they decided to live apart. Travis expressed to Gina that living apart was not a good decision. Gina explained the move "was necessary," but Travis didn't think so.
"I just want you to get to a point, though, when there's adversity, instead of pulling away you're pulling in," Travis stated.
The couple previously lived together with their kids, but in the season 18 premiere, Gina expressed she felt Travis should move out due to the "baggage" of her ex-wife. She later suggested the couple go to therapy and said she'd take the lead on calling providers.
Later, Emily invited Gina and Jenn to practice throwing axes. When Jen entered the premises, she showed off her engagement ring to the surprise of the ladies. She further shared that Ryan proposed to her while they were vacationing with the family in the Bahamas.
Alexis threw a costume party to celebrate Jenn's engagement which had an 80s bridesmaids theme. Jo De La Rosa also made an appearance at the party. The reality star appeared in the first two seasons of The Real Housewives Of Orange County.
Katie asked Vicki at the party why she was not talking to Tamra to which the latter replied that she was never going to change Tamra, so she was just going to wish her well. Shannon's ex, John, drove up in a limo to the party. He addressed the situation with Shannon and expressed that people should listen to his side of the story as well.
“Shannon absolutely creates a narrative out of one side of her mouth. I just want people not to believe lies about me,” John stated.
At the party, Shannon announced she was done talking to Tamra, and setting boundaries due to their ongoing issues. She then stormed out but ran into Katie’s husband, Matt, who asked why she was leaving.
Later, Shannon shared the incident with Tim, who advised her to let it go, which upset her as she claimed to be the strongest in the group. The episode ended with Jenn learning that Ryan, offered immunity, was cooperating with law enforcement in a money-laundering scandal.
