In The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 episode 10, Emily Simpson opened up about her insecurities. During Heather Dubrow's charity fashion show, both Emily and Alexis Bellino were supposed to wear the same dress.
Emily explained that talking about her body image issues and weight was a "sensitive subject" for her. She shared why wearing the same dress as Alexis "triggered" something, as she mentioned:
"If you put Alexis in a dress and it's tiny, and me in a dress and it's big, I don't feel like everyone else. I've always been insecure about my arms. So, when I hear 'oversized,' it just immediately triggers a sensitive subject for me of like, 'Oh, because your arms can't fit into, like, a normal size.'"
However, Gina was there to help her friend feel confident and told her that the dress fit perfectly. Emily noticed that she had to wear her own jeans, while others were given black pants as per their size, this made her question it even more. During her confessional interview, Emily stated:
"I almost was questioning myself. Like, am I crazy? Have I lost weight? Do I look different? Am I the same? Am I delusional? It hurts my heart."
Another main highlight in the The Real Housewives of Orange County episode was when Tamra Judge informed Heather Dubrow that the paparazzi rumor was brought up again. As per Tamra, Gina told Katie that Heather and her surgeon husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, allegedly called the paparazzi.
