On The Real Housewives of Potomac season 9 episode 2, Wendy and Gizelle sat down to resolve their issues. Gizelle confronted Wendy about talking to other people in a "demeaning" tone which leaves no room for friendship. Gizelle shared that she didn't like when Wendy would use a "condescending" tone to approach her when they both would have a conflict.
Upon hearing this, Wendy asked Gizelle to not control or "police" other people's reactions to specific situations. The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member clarified that she wasn't trying to police anyone but was sharing what she didn't like. Wendy responded by opening up about feeling "alienated" by Gizelle's behavior at times.
"I could receive that, however, it is unfair to police how you respond to things especially when someone came knocking at your door. In all fairness, I can say I do not like the way I feel like you sometimes try to alienate people," Wendy said.
Gizelle clarified there was no beef between them but when they would get into an argument, she wouldn't like Wendy in that moment. This is why Gizelle shared she would distance herself for a bit and not speak until the situation cooled down. Wendy told Gizelle to come up to her if they have any issues so they can address them at that moment.
"If I don't like you, I don't want to speak to you.fIf I do have an issue with you— which I hopefully won't— if I do, I will tell you what it is," Gizelle replied.
During her confessional interview, Gizelle admitted that she didn't expect her conversation with Wendy to go this smoothly, and that the two could be similar to besties in the future. Gizelle continued:
"This is the best conversation me and Wendy have ever had. I thought we couldn't be besties but just a bit better, we might be bestiesh."
However, when Wendy was asked if she would become besties with Gizelle, she said she wasn't sure.
