The latest episode of The Traitors UK season 3 aired on January 15, delivering intense moments as another faithful was murdered, a traitor was banished, and a new traitor was recruited.
The episode picked up from last week’s cliffhanger, where 4 players—Anna, Fozia, Alexander, and Leon—competed in a deadly card game called "Death Match" to determine who would be eliminated. Ultimately, Fozia was murdered, making it the first time a faithful was eliminated face-to-face.
Meanwhile, traitor Linda faced overwhelming suspicion and was banished with seven votes against her. This left Minah as the sole remaining traitor, forcing her to either recruit a new traitor or carry on alone. She selected Charlotte as her potential recruit, setting up another suspenseful decision for the next episode.
The Traitors UK season 3 episode 7 recap
Episode 7 of The Traitors UK began with the final moments of the previous episode’s high-stakes card game. The 4 chosen contestants—Anna, Fozia, Alexander, and Leon—had been forced to play for their survival, with only one earning the "life card" to escape elimination.
Anna and Alexander secured their safety first, leaving Fozia and Leon in the final showdown. Ultimately, Leon drew the winning card, meaning Fozia was murdered by order of the traitors. For the first time in The Traitors UK, the traitors—Minah and Linda—delivered the murder letter directly to Fozia. Upon realizing her fate, Fozia confronted Linda, saying:
“Linda, I knew it was you… You’re not going to last. Linda, get a good night’s sleep tonight because you’re going next.”
Linda dismissed the remark, responding, “Get over it.” The remaining players then set out on a mission to retrieve the missing contestants. They found Anna trapped inside a coffin in the woods and Alexander locked in a coffin on a boat in the middle of a lake. This mission added £6,500 to the prize fund before the faithfuls were finally informed that Fozia had been murdered.
At the roundtable, suspicions immediately turned to Linda. Both Jake and Leanne voiced their concerns, questioning her actions. Meanwhile, Anna correctly accused Minah, though for the wrong reasons.
Other players in The Traitors UK, including Alexander and Leanne, were also mentioned as possible traitors. When it came time to vote, Minah received one vote, Alexander got two, and Leanne picked up three, but Linda was banished with seven votes against her. Before leaving, she addressed the group, saying:
“Guys, I’ve had the most amazing time. This has been the pinnacle of my life, and to experience this at my age and get this far, I’ve had a whale of a time, so thanks for it. I am… a TRAITOR!”
With Linda gone, Minah was now the only traitor left in The Traitors UK. As a single traitor, she was given the option to recruit a new traitor instead of committing another murder. Minah had already decided she would only consider a woman for the role, stating that she wanted to,
“carry on the sisterhood.”
After evaluating her options, she narrowed it down to Charlotte, Frankie, and Lisa. In the end, she selected Charlotte as her recruit.
Charlotte was summoned to meet Minah at the firepit, where she had to make a crucial decision—either join Minah as a fellow traitor or refuse and be murdered on the spot. The episode ended on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers to wonder whether Charlotte would accept the offer or face immediate elimination.
The Traitors UK returns with its next episode on BBC One and iPlayer at 9 PM on Thursday.
