The Traitors UK is back for its third season, hosted by Claudia Winkleman. Contestants are divided into two groups: Faithfuls, who try to identify the Traitors, and Traitors, who secretly eliminate the Faithfuls without getting caught.
So far, 10 contestants have been eliminated through Traitor-led murders, player banishments, and game twists. The first four episodes have seen alliances change and suspicions grow as the group shrinks.
Eliminated players include Yin Lü, Nathan Khider, Keith Stewart, Elen Wyn, Armani Gouveia, Maia Gouveia, and Kasim Ahmed. Additionally, Fozia Fazil, Jack Marriner-Brown, and Alexander Dragonetti were initially removed from the game in an unexpected twist before entering the castle.
While two of them briefly returned later, these departures have significantly impacted the dynamics among the remaining contestants in The Traitors UK.
The early eliminations of The Traitors UK season 3
This season of The Traitors UK opened with a twist as three contestants - Fozia Fazil, Jack Marriner-Brown, and Alexander Dragonetti, were removed from the game before officially entering the castle.
Later in episode 4, Fozia and Alexander were reintroduced into the game briefly, while Jack was eliminated again soon after his return. The Traitors made their first move in episode 1, targeting Yin Lü, a 34-year-old Doctor of Communication from Berkshire.
Her elimination marked the start of the Traitors’ strategic attempts to disrupt the group. In episode 2, Nathan Khider, a 39-year-old Property Consultant, became the first player to be banished. Despite his protests, suspicions from his peers led to his removal.
The Traitors struck again with the murder of Keith Stewart, a 65-year-old Window Cleaner from Bournemouth. This was followed by the banishment of Elen Wyn, a 24-year-old Translator from Cardiff, as the group’s growing mistrust resulted in further losses for the Faithfuls.
Key moments from episode 4 of The Traitors UK
Episode 4 of The Traitors UK season 3 brought back three contestants who were previously eliminated during the dramatic train twist. Alexander, Jack, and Fozia were given a second chance to rejoin the game, but it was up to the remaining contestants to decide which two would return.
The selection process involved dropping coins into a slot, highlighting strategy and alliances among the Faithful and Traitors. In the end, Fozia, who had sacrificed herself for others, and Alexander, who made a strong case to stay, were chosen to return.
Unfortunately, Jack was eliminated again. Fozia and Alexander, both confirmed as Faithful, were given immunity from the next banishment and shields they could pass on to other players.
Meanwhile, the atmosphere in the group remained tense as suspicions grew following Kasim’s exit. Despite his efforts to prove he was a Faithful, Kasim's awkward interactions led to his exclusion from the group and eventual banishment.
"There has to be a degree of playing up your uselessness or being useful in the right way. I think there are advantages to looking like you’re switched off," Kasim said.
With Fozia and Alexander back in the mix and shields in play, the remaining players faced tough decisions, especially the Traitors, Minah and Linda, who had to strategize carefully about whom to eliminate next.
